Terrible experience with Truly

I want to share my experience with Truly Financial. Two years ago, my money was stuck with them for five months. During this time, I had a mortgage, a business, and many other financial obligations, including credit cards and car loans. It was an extremely dark period in my life. I nearly lost my house after missing three mortgage payments, although I eventually managed to refinance it. However, the damage to my credit and overall financial situation was severe. I deeply sympathize with others currently facing similar issues with Truly Financial. You're dealing with thieves, scammers, and unprofessional individuals who hide behind various locations—India, Canada, the US—while profiting off our hard-earned money.

Fraud

I strongly advise against using Truly Financial for any payment services, especially if you handle large amounts of money. While their service was somewhat adequate for smaller transactions, they have proven to be completely unreliable and untrustworthy for significant amounts. The company's operations are highly dubious; they connect your business to different banks, and these banks do not take responsibility or address your needs directly. If you encounter any issues, good luck trying to reach anyone. You won't get support from Truly Financial nor from the banks they connect you with.
Sending or receiving money through Truly Financial puts your funds at risk. Essentially, you might end up losing your money without any recourse. Their system seems to exploit the financial framework in Canada and the U.S. They use your money, and you are left powerless. In my opinion, Truly Financial is a scam. Stay away from them to protect your business and your money.

Untrustworthy and Unreliable - Avoid at All Costs

This company is not reliable or trustworthy. Avoid getting involved with Truly Financial. It's like throwing your money into a bottomless pit—once it's in, you can never get it back. The entire process is shrouded in darkness, with no clarity on what’s happening.
Opening a business account with Truly Financial felt like throwing my money away. After depositing funds from my customers, my money has been inaccessible, seemingly used by the company without explanation. Communication is nonexistent; they rarely respond, and I sometimes can’t even log into my account. If you encounter any technical issues with your business account, there is no technical support to resolve them.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. Truly Financial is not a good choice for financial services. Stay away from this company, or you risk losing everything.

Evaluation of Truly Financial

Truly Financial has brought extensive harm to my personal and business affairs. My financial resources have become ensnared, immobilized, and mysteriously vanished within their financial framework. Despite my persistent efforts to establish communication with them, both the service department and the company heads (known as Kumar and Sandeep) have remained unresponsive. Their contact lines are inactive, and the principal avenue for Truly Financial leads to a dead end, lacking professionalism.
When there are rare instances of response, they promptly terminate the call without any dialogue. This lack of professionalism is intolerable. I am making repeated daily attempts, seeking explanations and the restitution of my assets, yet without success.
I am presently progressing towards legal recourse against Truly Financial. I would encourage others to steer clear of engaging with this entity. If you encounter analogous challenges, let us unite and pursue joint legal redress against them. Refrain from entrusting Truly Financial with your finances; the consequences could be severe.

extremely disappointing…

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Truly Financial. I received a large payment from a customer into my Truly Financial business account, and since the funds arrived, the company has demanded a series of due diligence documents. Despite providing all requested documents promptly on the same day, Truly Financial has since ignored my communications and refuses to release my funds.
I have tried calling and emailing hundreds of times, but there has been no response. It feels like they have shut down their operations and run away to India. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. This situation has been devastating for my business, and it feels like there is no recourse or help available.
Truly Financial's excuse is that my money is under review by multiple banks, but I believe this is just a tactic to delay or avoid returning my funds. It appears that they are trying to misuse or take the money for themselves. Do not go near this company or sign up with them. You will only end up losing your money, essentially handing it over to them. Avoid Truly Financial at all costs.

Terrible Experience with Truly Financial – Avoid at All Costs

I have had an incredibly frustrating and stressful time with Truly Financial for over two months now. My funds have been stuck with them, and I have no idea what's going to happen with my money. It feels like I've been scammed or played, with Truly Financial using my money for their own purposes.
After reading reviews on Trustpilot, I am even more disappointed to see that many others are experiencing the same issues. The main problem is the complete lack of responsibility and communication from Truly Financial. You cannot reach any customer service representative, manager, or supervisor. Calls go unanswered, live chats are futile, and emails receive a response only once every 10 days with vague updates that my account is still under review. This company should not be in business, as they play with people's money, business, life, and time. I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to write a review about this company to bring awareness to their unethical practices. Truly Financial needs to be shut down to prevent further damage to more people.
I urge anyone working at Truly Financial who sees this review to take action and release the funds they are holding. Otherwise, they should be seen as scammers and fraudsters. This company has caused enough harm, and it’s time for them to be held accountable. Please, please, please do not use Truly Financial. They are not to be trusted.

Beware of Scams and Poor Service

I strongly advise against using Truly Financial. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have stolen my money, and it appears they are running a scam operation.
Firstly, Truly Financial does not have any physical locations in either Canada or the US. They are completely unreachable by phone, and they do not respond to any requests or inquiries. When I received money through their service, I ended up losing a significant amount. All my savings have been lost, which is absolutely devastating.

The lack of accountability and transparency is appalling. Dealing with this company has been a harrowing experience, and their unethical practices are a disgrace. It is baffling how authorities and regulatory bodies allow such entities to operate and continue scamming people.
I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend Truly Financial. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I hope the company is shut down soon to prevent more people from falling victim to their schemes. I am committed to pursuing all avenues to get my money back and hold them accountable for their actions.

To the CEO and management of Truly Financial: If you have any decency, you should come forward and apologize to the people you have wronged. Your current behavior only confirms your status as scammers and thieves.

Disaster & Nightmare

I have been in banking for years, but my experience with Truly Financial has been a complete disaster. This online bank is the most unprofessional and incompetent I have ever encountered. I received a payment from a customer, but over a month later, I am still unable to transfer my money out. The bank keeps giving me the same repetitive excuses, asking me to wait while they check the problem.
When I contacted their customer service, I found their response painfully slow and unhelpful. They couldn't provide any logical explanation for the whereabouts of the money I was sent. Using Truly Financial has been extremely difficult, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone—not even my worst enemy.

It feels like a scam because their services are unreliable. Despite confirming that the money was received in my company account, I am unable to transfer it out. It's as if they have put a hold on my funds. They might be using my money for their own purposes or hoping I get frustrated enough to forget about it.

Even when I requested to close my account and move my funds to a new company account with another bank, they promised to transfer the money but have taken another two weeks without any progress. Truly Financial is a poor, scam-like company. Avoid using them at all costs.

I believe that Truly Financial has the potential for a bright future, but they are severely lacking in professionalism, experience, and expertise.
My money, over $200,000, has been lost, and I have no idea where it is. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have received no satisfactory response. I have read similar complaints from others around the world, indicating a pattern of poor service.
I strongly advise against using Truly Financial. They need to address these issues urgently, or they risk losing their business due to their incompetence and lack of proper education in handling financial matters.

I have been a customer of Truly Financial for the past two years, and my experience with their service has consistently been problematic. Recently, the situation reached its worst point. My money has been stuck for over three months, and despite my efforts to reach the owner and founder, I have received no response to any of my emails or calls. My funds remain frozen, and I am unable to move them from this account.

I strongly advise against using Truly Financial for payment purposes. If you encounter an issue, you risk losing your money, time, patience, and peace of mind. I am reaching out to others who might be in the same situation to join me in getting our money back. I have filed complaints with the FDIC and FinTrack and am considering reporting this to the police to halt these activities. Truly Financial deserves less than one star for their unprofessional service and complete lack of transparency. They fail to provide any explanations and repeatedly tell me that my issue is "under review" without any resolution. It feels like they are simply stalling for time to hold onto my money.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

I am writing this review to share my extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Truly Financial. This company has held my money for no apparent reason, and I have been unable to get any response from their team. They do not pick up the phone, respond to emails, or offer any satisfactory support.
I read previous reviews on Trustpilot and can confirm that all of them are true. I am currently experiencing the same nightmare situation. My funds have been stuck, and despite numerous attempts to send payments to my supplier, the transactions were not processed. I ended up canceling the payments, but even then, the money seems to be just numbers in my account, not reflecting any real status.
They play with the figures in the checking account, and when I occasionally manage to get a response through live chat, I am told that my transaction is still under review. This situation has been ongoing for over a month now. If it were possible to give a rating lower than one star, I would do so without hesitation. This company is a complete disaster.

I am looking for help to ensure my voice is heard. I hope someone from Truly Financial or their partners, like Digital Commerce Bank or Flanks, takes notice of this review. These companies are contributing to this disastrous situation by holding onto funds without providing any proof or valid reason. They asked me for all the documents regarding the source of the funds and the purpose of the payments to my supplier, which I provided within the first couple of days last month. Since then, I have received no satisfactory explanation or resolution.
Please help me understand what I should do and how I can get my money back. This experience has been a true nightmare, and I sincerely hope that my review will prevent others from falling into the same trap.

DO NOT BANK with them!

Do not bank with them! Worst company. I gave them a chance when it was Remitr and service was often horrible. One of the founder got in call with me and convinced me to get on their new platform Truly, worst decision from my side. They often have payment delays, you have to remind their support to push out the payment manually. Number of times payment has been delayed for extended period of time. Number of times we have been asked same compliance questions.
Previously we used TD EFT service and did 10x more transfers without any of these irrelevant compliance questions over and over again.
It has been over 2 weeks they have held more than $100K without any explanation, now they aren't responding. I will be launching the complain with FDIC as well. Its a shame that founder personally promised this won't happen and same thing over again like their old platform, tells you the type of company this is.

Missing funds with no explanation

Similar to other complaints, Truly has taken my funds captive. I executed a wire transfer to MYSELF and it has taken over 2 weeks with nothing more than the reply "looking into it" or "under review". This is seriously concerning, the funds have left the Truly account and not yet arrived in my Chase, in the ether, without an explanation! This is an amount of 294K! I have filed a complaint with the FDIC. I only hope this is resolved, meanwhile I pay heavy penalties on a breach of contract while the funds are being "reviewed" for 2 weeks! What is being reviewed? No answer? Why is it pending? No answer. I am sending money to MYSELF, not to a non registered bank or party. This must be investigated and do not use this company.

I'm writing this review for fairness sake

the experience with Truly financial is amazing so far, actually their support team and specially Shweta are kind and so helpful, I've never sent an email to them and the reply delayed more than 16 hours, except for holidays.
actually I don't think they deserve this rating, and I swear they didn't ask me to write any review.
but I was hesitated to signup with them because of these false reviews. I thought I should give them a chance and try with small amounts of money,
so far no problem and I'll be updating my review later if something wrong showed up, But honestly I can't imagine they will do anything wrong.

also please note they are starting a business with limited resources, please be kind and supportive.. you might start your business one day and be at the same situation!

This is a complete disaster

This is a complete disaster, all my years of banking I've never seen an online bank that is as dumb and unprofessional as trulyfinancial.com. I received payment from my customer and it has taken me over a month I'm still unable to transfer my money out and they keep giving me the same silly excuse over and over and over again to wait while they check the problem. even when I contacted the bank there service in is so slow their customer support sucks they can't even give any logical explanation as to whereabout the money I was sent was, it's been so difficult using truly financial and I would not advise even my worst enemy to sign up for this. This is such a scam company because obviously I think they re a scam company cuz their services seem one and to rub it in, they still cant give me a good reason why I can send out my money they receive the money quite well, I confirmed that the money was received in my company account with them but I'm unable to send money out cos they won't let me send the money out more like they put a Hold on it. Probably think they doing their own personal business with my money or they just want me to get frustrated and tired that I forgot about the money, its been over a month and there's still no logical explanation as to why they cant send my money back even when I contacted them and told them I want to close my account, I want to move my money my new company account because I have a company account with another bank they did say they will move the money and it's taking another two weeks for them to move money from my own account with them to the account I provided. please don't use this company its a poor scam company.

I can't send money from my account

I have over $100000 trapped in this bank for more than 3 months. This is looking like a scam and very annoying. If there's anything below one star I would have given. This is December 20th now theres no response. All I hear is that they are waiting for a refund.
