Trumgeta Avis

Excellent customer service!!! My order was damaged in shipping. I called the support team, go thru very quickly and actually spoke to a real person, not AI. They were very helpful and the replacement parts were shipped the very next day.

I couldn't be more impressed with Trumgeta! From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing.
First and foremost, the quality of their products is top-tier. Built solid, excellent craftsmanship, and the moment you install them on your vehicle, you’ll be blown away by how fantastic they look. They completely transform the vehicle's aesthetic while delivering performance you can trust.
What really sets Trumgeta apart, though, is their stellar team. The staff is extremely communicative, genuinely caring, and eager to help with any questions or needs. You rarely find this level of customer service anymore.
If you’re on the fence about purchasing, don't hesitate I highly recommend Trumgeta. You will be amazed at the final result!

I am very happy with my experience. I made a mistake ordering a ladder rack and they upgraded me to the right one for free so I actually saved a few dollars. They also got back to me on a Sunday which is unheard of. Definitely a good experience.

Good accessory, great quality

The Roof Rail Rack for my 2026 Tacoma are of high quality and were easily installed. The shipping was quick and free.
Customer service has been excellent when I had some questions regarding the product before purchasing. Prices are fair too. A good company to deal with.

Had some problems with UPS delaying the shipment and finally declaring they had lost it. But Customer Service got another package shipped out right away. I was very pleased with the quality and thoughtful design of the truck bed rack. The packing was second to none. Will recommend Trumgeta to my family and friends.

What makes this a good company to work is when there is an issue. Response was quick and an acceptable solution was reached. I really feel that customer service is important to them.

Watched this product on line for a few months -three bar roof rack for Jeep Wrangler. Rarely need a rack but when I do in my case (Home Depot lumber) - very handy. Product is strong and a bit involved to assemble but well worth it. I am handy so installation took only about an hour much of that time measuring carefully the spread and distance between the bars. . All aspects of materials solid. Rated at 300 lbs. I have no doubt it will serve me well. Keys are supplied but they fit only four of the bar locks, The other two I turned with a screwdriver. All tightened well and I am really not worried about theft. I think the three bar kit was an upgrade from a basic two bar kit as four of each item came packaged separately and the components for the extra bar came individually. I went with the three bar to distribute well the long loads I would carry. I also have a canoe in the future so this extra spread will be most appropriate. We'll see but I am quite pleased with the purchased rack system. They look like they belong on a Wrangler. I am sure they will perform as advertised. Quality well worth the purchase price.

We ordered running boards for our Toyota Tacoma and they look great! Very close to what Toyota offers @ a much lower price. They arrived quickly & were packaged well. I will definitely order from Trumgeta again if I need other accessories. Great experience!

The product is good after finally finding an installation video from a customer. Your directions are extremely vague and I was sent the wrong washers to fit in the base of the roof rack. I had to go to Home Depot and dig through all the washer options and I still could not find the correct ones until an associate helped me and told me they were a special item. Also, one of the tubes, where they fit into the black plastic base, the flat metal that the base attaches to, was bent where I could hardly hammer the flat metal piece into the tube. Also, your instructions said nothing about sticking those rubber pieces on to the base of the rack adjustable slides. Again I got that information from the video I found. Your quality control is lacking very badly and you need to update your instructions or at least provide a video on how to put together and install your rack on your website.

Very well made and easy to put together. Heavy duty, and I can not wait to finish my set up using it. It easily fit my 2006 Dodge Ram Mega cab truck bed.

Good service. Good accessories that fit.

Missing screw and washers. Usually companies send extras. I had to look through all my stuff to find extra hardware. Not this time.

Trumgetta has great customer service and are extremely prompt. They help me out at once but twice with my trunk bed extender they stand behind their product and highly recommend them. I use their trunk extender on my tundra.

I recently picked up a Bed Rail Side Mount from Trumgeta for my truck bed setup, and the build quality is absolutely top-notch. It fits perfectly, feels incredibly rugged, and handles my gear exactly the way it's supposed to on the trail.
Beyond the product itself, their customer service has been fantastic. The process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free when asking questions. It’s rare to find a company that makes solid gear and backs it up with helpful, responsive support. Highly recommend them if you're looking to build out your rig!

The Trumgeta bed extender has completely transformed the usefulness of my 5’ Toyota truck bed. It is much easier to carry longer items and even when not in use it creates a secure area in the back for smaller items. The assy and install were a breeze, especially with the parts needed to screw into the truck bed fitting the pre-made indents for hardware from the Toyota factory. Highly recommend.

Great customer service fixing an issue I had. All good.

I love my Trumgeta rack. I have a 2025 Toyota Tacoma and needed a rack for carrying stand-up paddleboards. This one is perfect. It's solid, easy to install and has a slimmer profile than some of the large steel racks. I like the fact that the height is adjustable. It's aluminum and won't rust. It was affordable, too!
