I started working with Truss in December 2018, and looked at the first property in January. I was blessed to have Ronda as my broker and she worked her little tail off to help me find the perfect place for my dream to become a reality. I finally found the perfect space and signed the lease just a couple of days ago (March). It may have taken a few months, but Ronda was patient and would not let me settle for less than the perfect space nor the perfect terms. This was my first lease, so she was very understanding and patient in explaining things and helping me to understand how things work, and even when I had a couple of melt downs in the process. I could not have asked for a better broker or a better company to work with. You seriously can't go wrong with Truss! AND, if you find a property that isn't on their platform, just tell them and they'll do their best to get it added or at least get the information for you to find out if it's something that you want to consider. My new landlord has never worked with Truss either, and even he was impressed and said he would definitely work with Ronda again too! Using Truss was definitely the best choice I could have made in my search for a property to open my studio! After going back and forth through several websites/realtors to find a commercial property for my business, Ali from Truss reached out to me and literally tailored my search for a location based on all of the specifics that I needed...no one else had done this! After weeks of struggling to find a space, I found truss. I entered my information and in minutes truss listed the properties that fit my needs. Hassle free, really great customer service. Yes I’d use again and recommend.

There are many features I love. The ranking system of your needs/conditions when you look at a property is awesome. I really enjoy the map feature, especially when you are not familiar to an area. The fact you can go and look at other properties that are not on your needs list adds a great amount freedom, where a tradition broker setup would restrict that.

Ronda is very professional and encouraging something all small businesses need in their corner. So blessed to have spoken with her. My dream is a little closer now

She is amazing, she helped us found place which we couldn’t believe was possible to find. Size, price and location is perfect. I can tell that she is really professional and very good real estate agent. Some days when we were not able to check places, she went and checked places for us and send us pictures, videos and all details for the place. Without her we would probably still looking for place...
