Worst company to deal with, broadband stopped working, called and complained to be told it would be resolved, have chased them for the last 3 months to get resolved, now they have switched off incoming calls to my business as I have refused to pay this months invoice until resolved, holding my company to ransom over funds for a service they have not provided, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We were approched by one of their reps offering us a cheaper deal on our landline. They took all our details and we asked for our landline number to be ported over. I didn't receive any documentation from them and I noticed I was being charged for a service I couldn't use. I only found the emails recently as they were in my spam box. They had set me up with a new phone number, which is not what we asked for, so as I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, I sent an email requesting to cancel the account. I then received a phone call from someone who was very arguementative and wouldn't listen to what I was asking and demanded I pay £499 cancellation fee. Why should I pay £499 to cancel a number I didn't ask for!! In the end I still had to pay £199 for them to cancel the contract that only half fulfilled the service they promised to provide. Stay away from these people, they can't be trusted.

The Trust rep Jagdeep was ultra helpful with the broadband & VOIP installation with his product knowledge. Up and running with a minor blip which was not his fault but my BT connection.

I had an issue with my home internet today and spoke with Praveen from support. He was extremely professional, patient, and clear in his explanations. He guided me through each step and helped resolve the issue successfully. I really appreciate his support and the smooth overall experience.

Surajit went above and beyond to help guide me step by step on how to reset the app and remove it from my phone.
Then proceeded to update my contract and features I was paying for (or in this case) reduce my cost.
