I went through this bogus website looking for a stick vacuum. I unfortunately took their advice and ordered the ‘top’ vacuum. What a load of rubbish, vacuum is cheap and whilst it does work the dust cup can fall off when suction is turned off. The website the link from trustedbuyerguide.org takes you to also changes brand name regularly and purports to be a uk company it’s not. Cheap knock offs from china. Do Not buy anything recommended by these people !!!

This is a fake buyer guide. Products not as described. Sounds British but Hong Kong products and too costly to return. Hoping for 15% refund.

I watched Andrew Collins guide to the best 5 vacuums of 2025. Although I could see that various models had been tested and yes, helpful to a vast majority. But, I have carpel tunnel syndrome in both hands. I purchased a cordless vacuum but because of the weight of the motor being at wrist level I ended up giving it to my great nephew as it caused too much pain and discomfort to me to use it. Sorry Andrew Collins, but you obviously never thought of people like myself in your top 5 best vacuum cleaners. I went onto your guide to try and get a new vacuum cleaner (with your advice) for myself, as my trusty pet Vax has finally had its day after many years .

I ordered from Trustedbuyerguide, their recommended best cordless vac. After ordering I emailed request to suppliers brand name .. Kraftpulse, for a physical Aust address. They replied sorry cannot give due to privacy laws!!
I had also asked cost of replacement battery pack.
They said these are still in production and not priced as yet!! When this recd, I tried to email Trustedbuyerguide through their contact option. Came back with … failed transmission because of server error.
So I contacted PayPal and they confirmed their buyer protection process will return my $358 if no response recd within 10 days.
Fingers crossed.
Lesson learned, do full research BEFORE placing order.
And be aware of fake reviews.

This is a fake site created only to promote one product a vacume cleaner (might changhe). Be suspicious when the only negative on that vacume is that it is 'often sold out'.
Always look carefully and try and find more about the review site such as where they are and try all the obscure links. Ie on the base url. ie the trustedbuyerguide.org
Check out the links and you will find most are dummies and do not work,

When searching for best vacuum cleaners the first site I landed on was TrustedBuyersGuide. It claims to have shortlisted 5 cleaners from some 80 or so and looked pretty convincing. However, the No1 cleaner for £179 in my case was called a SWAPN, yet two days later the same cleaner on the same site is called a SIXPAD. After being directed to the impressive website you'll soon learn that from the review site to the UK sales site and distribution its all a big Chinese SCAM. They do not accept cancellations without a charging 15% fee or maybe its 85%. This remains to be seen as I cancelled within a few hours when I smelt a rat. When arguing the point about uk distance selling rules of 100% refund within 14 days (having purhased from a UK website which states in its terms that it acts within UK law) they refuse to accept anything other than their Chinese terms. So, it all starts with the Buyers Guide site! Apparently the product is rubbish as well....

The website states - Andrew Collins at trustedbuyerguide - Andrew is passionate about researching household appliances.

Andrew Collins photo is from stock photos, Andrew Collins is unlikely to exist as a researcher of home appliances.

The website is structured the same as topguidance-org, which also provides fake reviews on Chinese poorly produced products. The review and website structure is almost identical.

Please undertake due diligence before believing or purchasing anything advertised or from this website.

This review site provides (presumably paid) high ratings for scams. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve also been scammed by Elitevac.uk
Bought a hoover through PayPal, wasn’t until I completed sale a Chinese address came up
Then I read others saying this was a scam
£175 is a lot to use, hopefully PayPal chase it… but I’m not holding my breath
