Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Michael Rogers and Stephan R. They addressed our issues and got it corrected.

Kyle Brown, Service Tech, came out to the house for service of our pump in our crawl space and evaluated underneath the house and gave a good overview/evaluation of what is going on down there. Wasn't pushy about products offered, such as encapsulation, but did give overview of costs of this (almost $9k!) which is a little rich for us, which was explained to him and he did not push the issue like some do. With that being said, it was a professional and understanding interaction, which is refreshing.

Joshua D. did my annual service/inspection this morning. Very professional and polite; explained everything thoroughly. I'm very pleased with my system, and all contact with employees, both by phone and in person, are A+

Did everything on time and professional and exceeded the results we were expecting. Michael Rogers, Stephan Rogers, and James c explained every step in detail made us feel comfortable about our decision, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Alex Bravo, Devonta & Jordan did exactly what was asked to be performed. Requested to have a SmartJack installed to add support where the new granite, flooring and whirlpool tub was installed for reassurance. The new flooring was installed as well and requested no lifting, just reinforcing the bathroom area. They executed the install professionally! This review is just for the Job Foreman and his team!! Alex took ownership of the concerns and was ultra careful not to do any damage. He inspected the area before he started as to have a hands on as to what the ultimate goal was needed to be accomplished.

Kyle Bowen did an excellent job with the annual servicing of my foundation crawl space and basement.Found him to be polite, very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions that I had.Very professional individual.

We’ve worked with Frontier on three projects in the last year and every one has gone really well. We’ve worked with Troy, Zach and Kaleb, Riley and Christian. Aaron spent the morning checking out our crawlspace and performing some minor adjustments. He did an awesome job. Good communications - provide ETA for arrival; shared a lot of information on what services he was doing and provided a thorough review of the findings. We have had a system with this company for a year now and it has completely stopped our basement from the devastating flooding we endured everytime it rained. Freddy Sing, service technician, delivered a routine check of the mechanism Frontier had previously installed to shore up the flooring in my house. He was conscientious about my time and gave me a detailed account of the status of my system. Very professional; a credit to the company.

Jared Mc made the regular inspection visit to check our sump pump and some other work that had been done on the back corner of the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and quickly answered the couple of questions I had. Friendly people like Jared makes Frontier a company with which I like to do business.
