I just wanna Say, NuroLexa should be more faster with Test Results. I had to wait 1 day for booking confirmation and another 2 days for getting certificate.

First of all, their lingerie sizes are fit for a tiny doll and not an actual human being. I'm usually a size XS or S so I ordered a corset in size S from their website. I did receive it just fine. However, when I asked for a size exchange they said to send it back to them. Sure, I paid extra shipping charges and send it back to them on the new return address and phone number they provided. But a day later it was returned to me because they did not pick up the courier's call (the courier said the number was offline the entire time). And when I texted them about it.
a) they were immediately offended
b) evaded the responsibility saying the
courier never called them and it's their fault
c) showed unprofessionalism in their entire dealing of this issues and even blamed me
d) said they're not answerable or responsible for any parcel sent to them through this courier even tho it is the exact courier they used to send me the order in the first place
This entire exchange was extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy because I was afraid the next time I send this very expensive corset to them, it won't even be returned to me and they'll use one excuse or the other to evade responsibility.
Really the worst experience. Was expecting more professionalism from a company that sells high-end undergarments. But then again it's Pakistan and creeps are everywhere.

OMRON TENS Machine
I bought an OMRON TENs Machine and it really actually worked well for my arthritis.
I had only barely used them a few time over a period of 3 weeks (hence it was well under warrantee) and unfortunately the sticky pads they gave were not very sticky anymore ]. I wrote to them to ask them if they could please replace them.
They wrote back at first saying I should buy new pads then how I should clean them and eventually they said I should send back the whole machine and that it would take over a period of 14 days to receive and more time to process and even more time if they decided to replace the pads and maybe return my machine. I explained that with the colder weather now I needed to be using the machine regularly and cannot be without it for such a long period of time. They wrote back basically saying they could do nothing else. Very disappointed with the customer service👎🏼

Bought plastic nest boxes from moondown farm about 12 months ago and when they arrived I found one of the removable perches was in 2 pieces and not fixable, i contacted the seller who said they couldn't do anything as the item comes from Italy and they have no spares.
I asked if they could send me a replacement from their stock and then request another from the Italian manufacturer but they said they couldn't and there was nothing they could do unfortunately.
I had spent several.hundrrd pounds before with this company but it didn't count for much, worse still, I was being asked by Ebay for a review and in the end I posted what had happened to stop getting the review requests , this was a bad move as the next time I went to order something from moondown farm I noticed at the top of the page in red " the seller is not allowing you to buy from them".
I didn't write anything untrue but obviously this company will not tolerate any negative reviews even if accurate , i have looked on their ebay reviews and there are no negative reviews not surprising ,wish I hadn't placed the review now which is probably how the company intended me to feel as a way to punish me.
How can ebay allow only positive reviews to be posted as this does not help the customer, just bad companies who gey away with treating people as they like..

I'm fighting to get my $2061.00 back that they should have never processed in the first place. It's been 3 days now and no word.. UPDATE : Called Vet Air again today May 3rd and talked w/ Jesse ??. After being told 3 times that my refund was approved. Jesse once again told me my refund was approved by some mysterious office Mgr. that apparently she only sees or here's from.
I think the company might be having money problems because why else would they take money (they shouldn't have taken) and not refund it promptly. So now I've forward a fraud complaint to Amex because I don't think they will ever refund my money.
Took my $2061.00 for work never started or completed....

Meshki....DO NOT pay for express delivery because it doesn't happen, you only get nor.al delivery so just pay normal price if you really need to buy from this shambles of a Company.
Express delivery was offered to me at an additional £9 charge and stated a delivery date of Saturday 4th May. DHL then e-mailed saying delivery 4 days later! Customer services at Meshki responding with several different excuses over several texts...'they don't offer express delivery...they only deliver on working days... I'm trying hard to get my £9 back not because of the money but because of the absolutely appalling brass neck cheek they have to charge for something that's not even available.
