I broke the shower handle in our Master Bathroom requiring all the water to be turned off to the house.
Tiger restored water and fixed the leak on a two trip basis. Outstanding work at a very fair price.

Jeremy R came out and was able to show us what was going on with our furnace. He patiently answered all of my questions to help me understand what I was looking at. He told us a few things we could do to repair the machine so that it would last a little longer.
After seeing the many things wrong though, I knew that replacement would be better for us in the long run. Jeremy made sure that our unit was safely working before he left so we had time to get replacement options and make a decision. Erik F helped us with pricing for different options based on performance. We picked the top furnace and Jeremy actually came back out to install the unit. He did an amazing job installing it. Our previous unit wasn't installed correctly which is part of the reason it was going out. Knowing that this one is installed correctly gives me peace of mind that we will get the most out of our purchase. The new furnace heats our home much more quickly and efficiently than the last one. We are looking forward to the energy savings we will be seeing this winter and in the years to come.

This place, "Tiger plumbing"wanted to charge me $1400.00 for a plumbing repair when "D & S Drilling inc." came out very quickly and did the job for $224.00. Simply amazing the markup they wanted to charge me! I now know were to call for my plumbing needs, and its NOT Tiger plumbing.
(It was a simple pressure relay switch, a new gauge, and 4' of piping).

I was in my bathroom and thought I heard water running but couldn't figure out what was running. I had never had to call a plumber before (I have been able to handle the small stuff myself) and remember seeing a Tiger truck at my neighbor's house so I called them. They had someone out at my house shortly there after and unfortunately it turned out there was a hole in my water pipe in the yard! Tiger got the water shut off right away and that same day was able to dig in my yard, find the section of pipe that was leaking, fixed and by the end of the day I had my water back on and no leak! The guys that came out were really nice, didn't treat me like an idiot when I was asking questions about what was going on and what they could do to fix things. The lady that answered the phone was also very sweet and she made me feel like everything was going to be ok. I would highly recommend Tiger to everyone I know. Hopefully I won't need to use them anytime soon but if I do have any problems Tiger will be who I call (I made sure they are in my contacts on my phone)

John came out to our house to look at some issues we were having with electrical surges. After looking at the situation he explained that their was a grounding issue and our wiring was not correct. He installed a whole house surge protector and wired up a new grounded receptacle which corrected the issue. We were very happy with the job he did.
