I was happy to receive my order and it was great but I had to wait longer than originally expected and was not informed until I enquired as to why it hadn’t been delivered.

First time buying from Trutex and I…
First time buying from Trutex and I wasn't too disappointed
Delivery was fast, reliable, and packaged so well in a brown recyclable parcel bag. Very eco friendly. Collected from my local Postoffice
However, while their trouser length is accurate, the waist & hip sizing is way off - my daughter's UK trouser size is 34Waist so I ordered size 34 trousers for her from Trutex. What arrived was a trouser 2 sizes bigger in the hip and waist area.
I returned that order (a very straightforward process) and, at the same time, ordered a size 30 and 32. The size 30 fit perfectly while the 32 was slightly loose. So now I know her trouser size in Trutex but I had to order two sizes smaller to get here because the size guide on the website is so inaccurate.

Decent quality items however were returned.
Returns were easy enough only quibble is it's £4.95 delivery and if returning items not refunded for delivery.

Great service.
My son doesn't like the feel of his trousers, although I think he looks smart in them. We shall see how they last.

Free delivery when you spend over a certain amount and it's free next day delivery. Quality of shirts brilliant. Long lasting and great fit.
Yes it's more expensive but the quality will last a whole school year. Second year ordering these.

Uniform is slightly more than some high street stores but is very well made and worth it in the long run if you can. Delivery received next working day. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Quality uniform and great service!
The quality of the school shirts is far superior to most other providers. It is great that the top bottom is attached to some elastic which makes the collar, when buttoned, more comfortable. A nice touch! Also the service is very efficient!
