Maria was great , not happy that the original airline and location for departure changed ,at DFW had 4 gate changes and two terminal changes before leaving .not good on a senior citizen body .with only the day before leaving notice for the airline change and location.Return was great to FC seating and boarding first.I feel truths vel did a fantastic recovery, still I am not sure why the hiccup in the first place

My experience was a bit stressful at first with not receiving boarding passes till 12 hours before our flight but Maria always came thru and was EXCELLENT at communicating. She was professional as well as friendly and understanding. She knew what she was doing from our first conversation. Will check in with this company each time I need airline tickets.

Avoid this company like the plague. Trutravel never purchased round trip tickets on our behalf. No problem with outbound flight. Return trip tickets were not purchased by Trutravel until the night before our departure. Unbeknownst to us the return tickets were cancelled by airline because of problems with Trutravel's form of payment. Trutravel waited 17 hours before informing us that the return ticket had been cancelled. We were 20 minutes from boarding the flight we were originally booked to fly on. Trutravel sent boarding passes for a return flight on another airline that was already boarding in another terminal which was impossible to get to before the flight was scheduled to depart. We ended having to buy another ticket at our expense to complete our trip. Trutravel has not made this right and ghosted our last communications. In all of our travels we never had an experience like this. We are left with the feeling that Trutravel is either incompetent or they are simply a scam.

The privatized customer service made this experience wonderful. Maria Vasquez was courteous, informative, and did an amazing job of following up with me to ensure I received my confirmation, boarding pass, etc. I believe this company is doing well witn setting an affordable price point and not increasing it once the customer is set on that price. This really helps build trust with the customer. I definitely would use this company again for future travel arrangements. Working with Maria Vasquez was truly wonderful.
