It was easy to order and cancel. The lower rating is for the taste. I’ve tried multiple flavors and they all have a strange aftertaste that is unappealing. The texture is also grainy. I was hoping it would be good as they do have a wide variety of flavors.

Many emails to customer service and I’ve been charged for $300 of product I told them not to send me. If you have any issue logging into your account they will not cancel your subscription for you. They say you have to do it yourself and will continue to send you product and bill you. They will send you to a different customer service person for every email inquiry. SCAM!!!!! Unethical business. Do not subscribe!!!

Great product, great taste, clean ingredients, no chalky taste.

Love the clean ingredients! The flavor is good! The texture is a bit grainy, but adding ice helps somehow. Will definitely order again!

My experience was disappointing from start to finish. I found the subscription process to be deceptive, and when I contacted customer service after the renewal, they refused to issue a refund, for a product that hasn't even shipped yet.

As for the product itself, the protein powder mixed poorly. Even after shaking thoroughly, it had a chalky texture and began settling within minutes, leaving a thick sludge at the bottom of my shaker bottle.

Between the subscription experience and the product quality, I won't be purchasing from this company again and can't recommend it.

Love, love, love this brand. I got the strawberry protein powder to see if my dad would like it as he needs more protein but doesn't like most powders. It was a hit & i tried other flavors, as I did that my whole house hold had their own flavor they liked.

I love this protein. It has helped me reach fitness goals and makes it easy. Best powder I’ve ever used. No bloat at all. So thankful I tried it!

Flavors are great but the product separates and settles on the bottom I have to constantly stir it to keep from having most of the powder in a big wet clump on the bottom .

Delivered in a timely fashion and have only tried 3 flavors so far but all were great. The chocolate peanut butter with a banana blended in was very creamy.

The protein Made my entire family feel like throwing up. Not good. Terrible customer service and impossible to cancel subscription. Do not take part in these products or company.

I placed my order. I received it promptly. I wanted to change my next order and swap a flavor from what I had before. It was very easy, easier than I thought it would be. So far I’m very happy with there website and their service
