Very painful to wear. Reached out for support and they couldn't have been more unhelpful if they tried. I even bought the extra insurance but they said as soon as you try it, it cannot be replaced and thanked me for my support. How do you know it fits and won't cause pain if you can't try it? Worst experience you could ever hope to avoid. Don't waste your money and time.

Terrible product that does not work, it is sore, uncomfortable and made 2 of my teeth come loose, requested refund numerous times and asked for the company to contact me which they never did, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with

This product did not work for me and I tri d reaching out to the company to see if they can exchange for size 2 since the size one did not work for me as they recommended on there site. The mouth piece is so painful to wear all my teeth hurt so bad in the morning and my wife says it doesn't do anything . When I reached out to the company they weren't helpful at all pretty much didn't do anything for me I would like to try the size 2 to atleast try it out but they weren't helpful at all

The support and after sales resources provided by The Soothie team are awful. Repeated automated responses, no follow up. AVOID

Same experience as others on terms of customer service, I ordered the wrong size, attempted to stop the order 1 minute after ordering. There is no option to return with a refund, as the order goes straight to China for processing and cannot be changed.
None existent 24 hour support as suggested on their website. When finally returned an email, despite the 14 day guarantee, refunds are "unable to process returns for items that are neither damaged nor incorrectly
sent." This isn't a company to trust.

Delivery times of 3-5 business days for UK shipping, cool that will arrive before my holiday. Reality = China express estimated delivery now 20 days from order date.

The size 2 (5mm advance) actually worked for me, stopped my snoring (according to apps on my phone) & made me feel less tired each morning. It is too expensive because it looses its shape after a month or so leading to snoring again. I’ve tried about a dozen different variants of these & this is the only 1 that is comfortable enough to keep in my mouth all night so I will continue to buy them until I can find a better product. As others have said delivery is slow & customer service isn’t great.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I attempted to cancel my order days before the product was sent. They responded hours after it had been shipped saying that they were “too late” in honoring the cancel request and can’t cancel a product that had been shipped. Once it arrived I returned the product that day and 1 day after it had arrived to them they said they could not return a product that was neither damaged or incorrectly sent. I looked on their website and I met the return conditions but they still would not honor the request. The company effectively stole my money. Beware of the reviews, they are accurate and this company is a scam.

I would give zero stars. Placed an order, they took my money and i never received the product. Everytime i contacted them they would give me the runaround. Definitely scammy. Dont waste your money

What a waste of money. Unprofessional product, no help/instructions and as other reviews say, no better than a kid’s Halloween Dracula teeth. Loose fit, no adaptability. Will try to return but doesn’t sound hopeful for refund. Didn’t know it shipped from China which would have put me off.

Charge £30 for a product that is no better than a 20p set of halloween vampire teeth. No aftercare whatsoever and difficult / impossible to return to.

From order to delivery was extremely slow, it ships directly from China. It's expensive for what is almost a set of kids Dracula Halloween teeth minus the fangs. The plastic is way to soft and out of the 2 sizes available this was recommended but is way to loose and to flexible to do what it should do which is prevent the jaw from sliding and relaxing back. You get the option to pay for a lifetime warranty, but it's pointless as it just doesn't work. I purchased a cheaper different mouth piece from eBay and that absolutely works! Ask my wife, it moulds to your mouth, unlike the soothie which I would likely chew through in a night.

A waste of money spent with a sketchy company. The guards are junk and don't work. When you put it in your mouth you instantly think, this is going to do nothing. I tracked with a sleep app and found that it had no impact on snoring and decreased my sleep due to discomfort. You can't really return them either. I haven't been ripped off in a while, but this time I sure was.

Did not get back when asked about royal mail tracking number still waiting for product massive scam

They can't useless company at least used a credit card, email says order dispatched and tracking number for parcel force. Tracking number dosent exist text the wankers and they don't get back to you. If they stood in front of me I would knock them out. Still might if I can find them.

This is absolute tosh do not waste your money or your time and effort doesn't work is not comfortable and 100% foes not stop snoring......scam stay well clear

It's a scam and doesn't work. It is made cheap and their return policy indirectly says that you will not be refunded. Be very careful

I asked Soothie how I would return the product if I wanted to take them up on their guarantee.

Straight away they told me that they are under new management and would not honour any returns from previous sales.

What a load of absolute rubbish.
