HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SOFTWARE
I have to relink my bank account and then send in bank statements to them monthly in order to use the app. It’s a process that also takes about a month because they’ll ask me to submit it for tha month at the beginning of the month and bank statements aren’t sent out until the entire month has a statement. You have to repeatedly email or do the support chat and despite it saying there’s an error and they are working to fix it, they’ll act oblivious despite sending screen shots. You have to speak to customer support like they are 5 years old when explaining things and it’s nothing but a hassle. Not worth it at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced or supervised.
