If I could give -5 stars I would. It's been nothing but terrible. It took forever to get my product. Dissatisfied for many reasons, including that I scanned the QR code on the bottles and got a link to an antibiotic and an antidepressant. I requested a refund. They told me I had to send it back, which was ok, but allegedly they are moving to a different warehouse and can't give me the address. They said they'd let me know. Everything about this reeks of SCAM. There is shoddy customer service, only by email. NO PHONE CONTACT.

I’m disappointed with my experience ordering Botanik Moringa.

The website claims the moringa is sourced from India, but when I placed my order in October, the tracking information clearly showed the package was shipped from China. This feels misleading, especially for a supplement where sourcing really matters.

They also advertise delivery in up to 5 days, but my order took over 20 days to arrive. There was no clear explanation or proactive communication about the delay.

After I started taking the capsules, I personally experienced nausea and itchiness, which made me stop using the product. I understand supplements affect people differently, but combined with the sourcing and shipping issues, this raised concerns for me.

Overall, the claims on the website did not match my actual experience. I would recommend more transparency about sourcing and realistic delivery times.

No fillers and highest ratings

I received my package 3 weeks ago, delivery was fast, and costumer support was fast and helpful with my inquiries to change delivery address, as for the product, 3 weeks in and already feeling the benefits.

Ordering was easy and well explained about the product.
