Dont work with this brand! They owe me money!!! Hae used my videos & not paid me!!!!! Awful ethics!

Amelia Densel was amazing!
She helped me sort the issue very easily and now I have all the items. For anyone else thinking they haven't received everything just check inside the ring box and scan the app to join.

Excellent service and communication. Ameila was great at keeping me updated on the delivery.

The tracking updates aren’t great and it takes a while to get the order shipped but customer service are responsive and my order did arrive safely

I dropped a star as item took longer than expected however customer service is excellent. Would recommend but need a little patience.. The item will arrive.

Do not use this company. I’ve been waiting for a product (Pilates ring) for two weeks with no delivery scheduled as yet. I have asked that the order is cancelled and a refund given but they are refusing. I mistakenly thought this was a UK company from some of the marketing and I saw some reviews which seemed good. Now I have delved further it seems like there are huge issues.

I wish I had checked reviews prior to ordering. Absolutely no way to send my item back. The phone number on the website is unobtainable and nobody responds to emails. Rubbish

I would give this company -10 stars if I could, do not order from them, products are shipped from China cheap and tacky, this is a e commerce shipping scam! They do not ship products on time, took over 14 day for the set to arrive when it did it was poor quality and they then don’t provide a free returns label to send the parcel back which is also in China, cheap, tacky products with terrible customer service AVOID at all costs, they clearly leave themselves good reviews to try and hide the bad wish I would of looked this company up before purchasing, please save your money! I am in contact with my bank to claim my funds back.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with FitCore and would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.

The website presents FitCore as a UK-based brand offering fast delivery and hassle-free, free returns to a London address. Based on this, I placed an order for a Pilates equipment set, believing I was buying from a legitimate UK retailer.

Shortly after ordering, I realised the parcel was actually being shipped from China. I tried to cancel the order because I needed the equipment for an upcoming online class, but I was told it had already been dispatched. Despite the website advertising fast UK delivery, the item took nearly two weeks to arrive, which meant I had to order another set from a legitimate Pilates company just so I could take part in my class.

When the FitCore package finally arrived, the outer packaging was damaged and the overall quality of the products was extremely poor. The items looked cheap, flimsy, and nothing like the polished, premium-looking product images shown on the website. For the price paid, the quality was completely unacceptable.

I contacted FitCore to return the items, expecting the free UK returns advertised on their site. Instead, I was told I would have to ship the items back to an overseas warehouse and pay the international return shipping myself… something that was never disclosed at checkout and directly contradicts their website, which lists a London return address and claims returns are hassle-free and free of charge.

Customer support was dismissive and claimed the issue was simply my “personal expectations,” refusing to accept that the product did not match how it was marketed. They also tried to push me into accepting a replacement instead of a refund.

Because of these misleading practices, I have had to open a dispute with American Express.

This is not a good experience for anyone, especially people who are just trying to start or continue a healthy lifestyle. Instead of feeling supported, I was met with stress, scripted emails, and an unfair and misleading returns process.

This feels like a drop-shipping business pretending to be a UK brand, using attractive marketing and misleading return promises to make people feel safe ordering then making refunds difficult or expensive when the product turns out to be poor quality.

I would strongly recommend spending your money with a transparent, reputable company instead.

I bought the reformer for £130- it arrived after 3 weeks (it comes from china despite being clear it’s a UK company). The item is not good quality- very plastic, poor quality and the handles don’t move well.
Upon asking for a return I was advised that this ‘was not possible’ as it had been delivered. Their website cites a money back guarantee of 30 days. Not to mention this is against consumer law. Very poor- have to escalate this now.

If I could do a 0 star I would do so.
Placed order on 20th December 2025 & I’m still waiting & get fobbed off by support when contacting them.
I’ve also noticed they can’t even spell ‘delivery’.
If it’s express delivery I should’ve received by now Xmas period or not. And, they say based in UK yet equipment is being shipped from China.
I’d avoid at all costs, I’m now having to contact my bank to get my money back off these scammers!

The customer service is awful!! They don’t reply. I got my foot fractured while I order the Pilates board. I send them email straight I receive the item that I cannot use it for months and asked create the refund. I even didn’t open it.
But Amelia, the person who replied, offer me 20% discount as she didn’t trust that I got fracture!! She said I’m not eligible for refund! Their return policy says that the refund is free during 30 days since you receive the order.
They stopped replying to my emails.
I have contacted today Citizen Advice consumer service and made a complaint.
This fitcore company is a scam!
Don’t buy from them!!
And btw, some items were free in my order which one of them never arrived

I ordered the Pilates Essential Kit Pro, which took two weeks to arrive. The set was very poorly made and looked nothing like what was advertised, especially considering the high price. Some items were also missing from the kit.

When I contacted customer service, they took a very long time to respond and made the return process unnecessarily difficult. They only offered a 20% refund, which I refused, as I didn’t even trust the quality enough to use the products. I just wanted to return and a full refund. The staff said they would speak to their manager and get back to me, but I’ve heard nothing for months.

During that time, I even discovered that some of the website pages were written using ChatGPT, with leftover prompts like “Do you want to make it more formal?” still visible on their site - a huge red flag I wish I’d noticed earlier.

Awful service, awful product quality, and misleading information. I regret spending so much money on something that ended up going straight in the bin.

Extremely disappointing experience and misleading refund policy
I ordered from TryFitCore and unfortunately experienced significant delays and poor customer service. The Pilates set arrived all damaged as well. When I reached out for help, I was told that returns for non-defective items must be shipped overseas at my own expense — even though their official refund policy clearly states that returns are free.
After weeks of waiting, I was offered only two “options”:
Wait indefinitely for a full refund once the item is retrieved.
Accept a 30% partial refund and keep the item I didn’t want in the first place.
This is completely unfair and contradicts the company’s own policy. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they tried to make me settle for less.
I would strongly advise to stay away. Use BetterMe instead. As I received my order before this on turned up and delivered nicely. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I will not be ordering from TryFitCore again.

SCAM! Avoid! Never received my order! Company promised to sort it out but never did. Lost my money.

After my baby I just didn’t feel like me anymore. My tummy wouldn’t go down, my core was so weak, and I hated how I looked in clothes. FitCore has honestly been such a gentle reset. Even after 4 weeks I could feel the difference — stronger core, flatter stomach, more confidence. The community is so supportive too. Honestly feels like I’ve got my old self back 🥰.

Great for getting moving again, but some workouts felt repetitive after week two. The board is sturdy though, and the community support is a big plus.

The 4-Week Challenge was motivating and the community kept me accountable. The board works fine, but the resistance bands could be stronger. I'll keep using it, but I'd like to see new workouts added.

I am absolutely delighted with my reformer and the Pilates essential kit. The postage took a little longer than expected, however the products were definitely worth the wait and are exceptional quality. I purchased the dumbbells and the mat too. I’m so happy I did as they compliment everything nicely.
So excited about starting my challenge. The customer service I have received has been super helpful and answered messages very quickly to help me track my parcels from point of sale right through to delivery. The app is very intuitive and user friendly. Great community spirit and encouragement on there. I ordered the pink accessories and can honestly say they are in the cutest shade of pink imaginable. The unboxing experience was lovely. Thank you so much FitCore! I am so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed! 🙂
