Great Repellent

My boy has had this pendant on his collar since August last year. He was sick every month from topical drops. Tried every kind and he reacted the same. Not a flea or tick in sight since he’s been wearing this.
Topical drops didn’t work to keep fleas and ticks away as they had to bite him to die. Definitely recommend this product. It definitely works for me.

Paid testimonials. Very slow refund processing.

The customer service rep I emailed with was very friendly. However, the reviews on the website are mostly sponsored. I ordered and then cancelled the order after more research in less than one hour from the time I placed order. My decision was based on negative reviews I found and reports that the collar is not truly effective against ticks. My card was charged immediately, and customer service was slow to reply. When they did respond, they assured me the order was cancelled and refunded on April 9. On April 15 I contacted them again because the credit had not yet posted. On April 16, I was told the credit was processed as of April 16 and that it would take 7-10 days to appear on my account. This company is all marketing. I had a very negative experience and am sharing to warn others.

The bead fell out and has disappeared

The bead fell out and has disappeared. Only had them under a week. I’m concerned about is had my other dog eaten it. It nearly fell out while I was putting the things on the collar. From what I’ve seen, I don’t think I’ll waste my time trying to get my money back. Total waste of money. Scam.

Scam product with AI "vets" advertising it.

THIS IS A SCAM PRODUCT that's currently being pushed all over Facebook by AI "vets". The product is drop-shipped from China but pretends to be a natural remedy.

The advertisements look like this:
"Your dog is being POISONED by traditional flea and tick medications that are causing [generic symptoms that look like normal dog behaviour]. It's just a matter of time until they drop dead, of mysterious causes! Believe me, I'm a vet of XX years. Luckily, there's a completely natural remedy that can protect your dog from these poisonous "medicines". And what do you know - I sell that natural remedy. There's even a sale running right now!"

This is disgusting, manipulative sales tactics, tricking dog owners into not just buying garbage, but garbage that now leaves their dog vulnerable to fleas and ticks and the diseases that come with them. It's a scam product, don't fall for it.

FYI, this scam is all over Facebook right now with fake AI "experts" selling "natural remedies" (read: unregulated & unverified supplements). Report and call out these scam artists.

Wanted to cancel the order - before processing but FurSure refused and lied about processing. Told me I had to wait for delivery then return.
Delivery arrived after me chasing - they had not shipped it.
Now refusing to communicate and begin the return and refund process.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

FURSURE is not for me

I asked for a refund because my dog wouldn't tolerate the device. They replied asking a whole lot of questions which I answered Never heard from them again.

I have tried it. I am not sure it is coincidental or not.
We had the collar on for a month. We noticed that our dog was depressed and off his food. We took the collar off and virtually instantly he became a different dog. Happy and playful.
We are going back to Nexgard.

We purchased 3 fursure's for our dogs…

We purchased 3 fursure's for our dogs before we checked with our vets. A lot of people have said that they can be harmful to their dogs. Our vets disputed that, saying they are harmless, but they can't see how they could last more than a month or more looking at the size of the pod.
With that in mind we decided to cancel our order. That's when the fight started. They say that they have a 30 day return policy. WRONG.
We tried for 6 weeks to get a refund, after a very long trail of emails and screaming at them, threatening to go to consumer affairs, they decided that they would give us a 50% refund, and we could keep the collars. "I don't want the bl++dy collars"
In short, the collars seem harmless, can't be guaranteed to last more than a month or two, and their morals as a company are shot. Not to be trusted!

Faulty product

Faulty product, the button containing the old fell out within 6 days. They claim a 30 day money back guarantee, but two months later they are still dragging things out and have not sent a replacement or refunded the money.

Shonky company

Shonky company! couldnt track my parcel! their tracking site kept coming up error!, and after about 25days I got an email from them to say" my parcel could not be delivered" so they have my money and I don't have my parcel!! Avoid.

Doet wat het moet doen!

Ik snap al die negatieve reacties niet... ik heb alleen maar positieve ervaringen. De honden hebben de banden nu bijna 8 maanden in en sinds twee weken heb ik pas de eerste teken gevonden. Dus ik ga weer een band aanschaffen.

Heb in juni een band besteld en nooit gekregen krijg niemand te pakken via de mail geen reactie telefoon nummer wat niet klopt gewoon waardeloos ze vermelden by klarna dat ze het verstuurd hebben klopt niks van tot de dag van vandaag niks gekregen en moet voor morgen klarna betalen maar dat gaat niet gebeuren wand heb niks ontvangen

Flut kwaliteit en flut communicatie

Er wordt niet gereageerd op mails. Bestelling wordt uit China verstuurd en de etherische oliën en werkzaamheid zijn zeer dubieus.
Als je een retour wilt aanvragen, komt er geen reactie.

Fur Sure is een dochter van" Tail Essence" deze beweerd dat zij de uitvinder zijn van de band en hanger met deurparel erin.advertenties kloppen NIET. zoals hanger geleverd het extra parel. NIKS EXTRA PAREL!! beweren dat de HANGER ZONDER geur parel is. hanger wordt wel inclusief geur parel in vacuüm folie in een blikje verpakt..HOEZO hanger is los.
Zeggen dat ze in America zitten maar de producten komen rechtstreeks uit China na 2,5 week ipv. 2 tot 5 werkdagen..

Do not but this insurance it's a bad move for the future health of your pet.

Quality has declined alot in the past year. Cannot get them to cover a direct copay for my dogs surgery. They wouldn't because over 5k. Which is note how it was presented when we first got the plan. They removed wellness visits after the 2nd year with little/no notice. I could get the direct pay below 5k but because the total bill is higher than 5k they will not help fix my dogs leg like we have paid them to for the past years. So bunch of payments for insurance and promised. But when the time comes it ends up as some nightmare powered by rumplestiltskin. So many payment in and SOL because of restrictive policies that prevent your pets from receiving proper medical care. So buy this if you want a direct pay insurance that disappears when you need it.

Teken vlooienband en werken niet

Onderstaande mail heb ik 30 mei verstuurd. Mailtjes komen retour. De banden werken niet bij mijn twee honden. Niets bij dit bedrijf kopen, oplichting!!!?

Beste Fursure,

Ik wil graag de banden terugsturen en mijn aankoopbedrag terug willen ontvangen. Ze dragen de banden nu langer dan een maand....het werkt gewoon niet bij onze honden.

Ze zitten nog steeds onder de teken en vlooien. Helaas heb ik de blikjes niet meer waar de banden inzaten.

Hoe gaan we dit oplossen?

KOOP HIER NIET!!!!! Illegaal, frauduleuze praktijken!!!!!!

Wederom een bericht onder mijn bericht, maar jullie snappen het al niks meer gehoord. Ze hebben het pakketje met teken band allang terug ontvangen (heb ik bewijs van opsturen aangetekend) maar zeggen nu niks meer, heel vreemd dat dit soort bedrijven mogen bestaan. Volgens mij zijn hier toch wetten en regels voor? Pure oplichterij! KOOP HIER NIET!!!!!!!! Geen service, wel geld houden maar niks terug ontvangen, ook niks vervangend, maar dat wilde ik ook niet meer. Maar niks geen geld terug natuurlijk, verzendkosten hoef ik niet maar wel mijn 54,99€ ik moet er namelijk wel voor werken!!!!!!!
