This company is a complete fraud! They push you into subscriptions without informing you about it.
The money back guarantee & return policy do not work.

I ordered one time and they send me every month even if I dont order.
I have sent 4 email that I want to cancel my account but they dont answer may mail.
So bad. No confirmation of purchase ever recieved, no package tracking either. When I inquired after about a month they said the courier had delivered it and to follow up with them... they did not respond either and Losveo would not give me a refund. Scam!
This company is a complete fraud. They continue to charge your account do not take back the terrible merchandise and even after agreeing to stop the not ordered subscription sent and charged another order.
This company scammed me. They signed me up for a subscription without my authorization, then charged me $82 the following month, and would not provide a refund.
This is a terrible company. They never shipped the products I ordered. When I requested a full refund, they asked for my ID number and phone number, which I was not comfortable providing. I no longer want the products. After I made this clear, they stopped responding altogether. This appears to be a complete scam.
Totally a scam!! They subscribed me without consent and charged me again. And none of the products arrived!!
I am usually not one to write product reviews, but this time it will not be the case!
First - the company uses very aggressive marketing and selling. When you buy a product, unless you untick a checkbox down below, you are actually buying a subscription - so you will be automatically charged again next month. The page is designed in a way so this option is not clear at all. As soon as I saw that I was charged again for the 2nd time - I contacted them immediately to cancel this order and only then I noticed that apparently I had a "subscription" offer without even knowing it. Of course, they did not cancel the order, and did not return the money.
A very unethical way to grow a business!!
Second - the product does absolutely nothing. For wrinkles - once you remove the silicone sheet in the morning at first the skin looks smoother, but in a short period of time - eg. less than one hour, everything looks as before.
This business is complete fraud!
I bought one after a burn and they signed me up for a subscription. Did they think I was going to keep burning mysefl?
I contacted them and they said it was on its way and I was being charged 62.00 I said I did not want it.
I contacted SHOP no subscription registered. I contacted Master Card they said they will return money after I attempt to return it. Return policy says I had to give it a try then wait 30 days, Try it on what? burn my skin again?

I GOT CHARGED WITHOUT ORDERING AND ROBOT OR AI NAMED EMILY DIDN'T WANT CANCEL IT EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER IN TIME. SHE STOPPED REPLYING AFTER I TOLD HER TO CANCEL AND REFUND. HAD TO OPEN A DISPUTE WITH CC. DON'T ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT THE SCAMMY SUBSCRIPTION. HORRIBLE!!!

I bought these scar plasters 1 month ago as a single purchase (no mention of subscription). One month later, I was charged again. Reached out to the help line: “Sorry, we can’t give you the refund, as the thing is already shipped, but can offer you 20% refund, plus I’ve already gone ahead and cancelled your subscription”. 1,2, e month later - charges every month!! I went online and saw - subscription wasn’t cancelled. I cancelled it right away and wrote to them again, saying I need a full refund.
Reply - sorry, it was already shipped, do you want 20% refund? It never stops, i need to close down my bank account now.

I told them I’m waiting for the full refund or will be contacting the consumer protection services. Not feeling too hopeful though, as they are based in the US and we are in Germany.
Scam subscription
Withdrew money for second shipping. Emailed them and asked to cancel subscription, yet a third order was still charged. Contacted them to ask for refund as they were supposed to have cancelled. No response.
Beware of scam subscription !!
Edit: I’m in the process of writing with customer service about refunding me once the product is returned. If this is done, I’ll definitely give a higher rating as product, customer service contact and delivery on the first order was perfect.
I bought silicone scar sheets, Buy 2 get 2 for free. I received the products without any problems.
Only one month later, I received a new order confirmation in my inbox and money had been withdrawn from my bank account.
I immediately contacted Losveo customer service. They did cancel the order”subscription” onwards, but wouldn’t cancel this unauthorised sale.
So be very careful - I for sure didn’t see information about any kind of subscription when buying.
