Ordered mainly because my partner kept going on about it. Saw a bunch of bad reviews in here so I wasn't so convinced. Set it up for our two cats and left them to it. Within the first hour they were both investigating it and they've been playing with it regularly ever since. Nothing fancy, just works. Delivery was fast too. Would buy again.

Avoid. Cat toys arrived but very rigid, do not move in the way shown in the advert and my cat shows zero interest. The no-quibble return policy doesn’t exist, they will string you along for a while and then ignore you.

Got this for my 8 year old cat who'd been quite inactive lately. The design is clever, it's this thick cardboard thing that sort of changes shape when she bats at it, and there's a ball rolling around inside that she can hear but not quite catch. That combination seemed to flip a switch in her. After about two weeks she started moving around noticeably more. At her last check-up my vet commented she seemed more alert and engaged, asked if I'd changed anything in her routine. I mentioned Paw Relief and she said it made sense. Not cheap but honestly worth it.

My rescue cat Milo has always been incredibly picky, I've wasted so much money on toys he'd sniff once and walk away from. A friend recommended it to me, so I gave this toy a go. Three weeks later he literally waits by it in the morning. I work from home so I see it firsthand, he comes back to it on his own without me doing anything. First time I'm actually satisfied with a pet purchase in a long time.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered the buy one get one free pawflex pawrelief scratching toy, but what I received was what looks like two small metal poppy looking garden ornaments.
I have emailed, sending a photo of what I received and asking for an explanation, but looking at other reviews I'm assuming my email will just be ignored.

Avoid at all costs, the money back guarantee doesn't exist! My cat showed no interest in the toy so tried to return it. They responded initially but not heard anything from them for days on the returns process.

How I wish I’d read the reviews of this company before ordering from them.
I ordered two cat play toys which looked liked doughnuts from their site on Facebook Marketplace. They took quite a while to arrive but when I opened the package and took one out it wasn’t at all like the picture on their website. It was just a very cheap-looking toy with a ball that falls out immediately and isn’t secured in any way, so no ‘interaction’ from the cat is needed. Their advert is several pages long, almost going into medical claims about cats’ neurological make up and how they will love this toy.
Well I was truly taken in. What made me decide to order was their clearly stated 90 day no quibble money back guarantee if your cat wasn’t interested. They make a big thing about their 90 day no quibble guarantee.
When I went into their website however, they list several reasons they won’t give you a refund. One of them states that if you initiate a charge back they will take legal
action against you. THIS HAS GOT TO BE FRAUD surely.
I’ve emailed them but not got a reply and I will definitely take this further.
These fraudulent sites should be shut down but FBM allow them, presumably because they receive payment for the adverts.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. FRAUDENT COMPANY.

Our need for the cone of shame was eradicated with these bandages. My dog didn't seem to mind at all and left the dog wound to heal on its own.

Absolutely shocking company! ! ! ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! they promised a 60 day return policy for full refund! I have sent over 12 emails they haven’t sent any return instructions and are now ignoring my emails! Scam company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ! !

I had the same experience as others I’ve read on here. I purchased the 2 interactive cat toys with the promise of a refund if my cat didn’t interact with it. I send several emails asking for a refund and have had no reply at all! Disgusting company, with no customer service.

The MediMitt is the sole thing that remained on my dog's injured paw as it was the only one that could. This is an absolute truth. It is impossible for it to slip off and it is capable of keeping that area clean while it is healing.

These bandages have to be one of the most unsticky ones there are. They hold onto my dog's leg stead well without yanking a single fur when I have to swap them. Would advise without a doubt!

My wife order 2 cat toys from this company, based on their 60 day money back guarantee - ‘even if your cat doesn’t show any interest.
Unfortunately they won’t provide a refund, only offering partial payment.
Despite her sending numerous emails advising she wants to return & have a full refund, they claim it’s not their policy - despite it being all over their website that they provide a full refund & returns policy.
Clearly a scam company that overcharge & provide deceptive information.
They have even asked her to remove her negative TrustPilot review, which is completely against policy. Therefore you can only imagine what their true performance is based on this corrupt process.
Please do not order from this company, they will send you overpriced rubbish & not follow their own policies as detailed on their website. Absolutely appalling!

I recently purchased 2 Paw Relief cat toys at a cost of £23 plus £2.91 for postage. I saw that the advert said there was a 60 day trial, no quibble free return guarantee for 100% refund if cats ignore the toys or if you are not happy with them. So, i felt confident to order them. Well, the cats did ignore them and i was not happy with the very cheap looking toys. I contacted Pawflex straight away and explained that one toy was still unopened and the other as new in the box. I was offered a 10% refund and could keep the toys, which i refused and said i wanted a full refund. I then heard nothing for several days and after i sent 2 further e mails i was told they would increase the refund to 25% and that they don't offer a return label and that it would be very expensive for me to return the toys. (So why did it state £2.91 Royal Mail delivery charge when i ordered them). Their returns policy states the exact opposite of the 60 days free return and 100% refund which is stated on their advert. I am now making it my mission to let everyone I possibly can know about this fraudulent company and will only stop when i get a 100% refund.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Oh dear ! I was tempted with the cat toy, she just looked at it , then looked at me , not amused, £25 wasted. From what others have said no point trying to get a refund. Don't use this firm,

On 2nd May I placed an order for an advertised interactive cat toy and was happy that they would send two of these so I can share with a friend. This week I received a small package from Pawflex and was shocked to see two tiny cardboard covered rings with a ball inside. This was nothing like I had ordered, and looking at their Web site I see these tiny things are very cheap.. SO why was I charged £25. 91??? I'm disgusted and would NOT recommend anyone purchasing from these dishonest people. There are no toys on their Web site that matched the one they were advertising.
I have contacted them but will be surprised if they reply because they know what they've done

I purchased a Pawflex cat toy on the basis that Pawflex offered a refund if the cat ignores it. Neither cat showed any interest whatsoever so I have emailed Pawflex 3 times asking how I return it for a refund but no response to any. However I have received no response.

I wasnt expecting much from it as most toys I bought previously just ended in the bin within days. This time I'd say I'm surprised, Ptera loves its Paw Relief and she keeps coming back at it. Didn't even have to spray catnip or anything, just set it up in the living rooms and she became addicted lol. I recommend.

I purchased a Pawflex paw relief cat scratcher and Pawflex offer a refund if the cat ignores it. My cat actually seemed afraid of it and wouldn't go near it. I have messaged and emailed Pawflex several times asking how I return it for a refund. However I have received no response. They have asked me several times for a review and even offered money off my next order.

So here is my review. I won't be buying anything else from them.
