Should have read these reviews first. Afraid to use it now.

I waited 3 weeks for these to come in the mail... I ordered the three pk one for my mom's anxious dog one for my brother's anxious dog and one for my dog.. this is the second time I got burned from ordering online on an ad. I don't think I will ever do this again. From reading these reviews having to return this product to china? This is my second time buying a product with the end result being horrible because there's no way you're going to return the product to China?? That's totally ridiculous. That's why it took so long in the first place. I've definitely learned my lesson now. And from reading these reviews I am afraid to use them I would be embarrassed to give this to my mother or my brother and have their dog get sick from it instead of help with the anxiety. There's 20 bucks down the toilet. Next time you read something and you think that's too good to be true believe in it.. I certainly will.. just skip over and keep on going.. don't waste your money on these..

I was a bit skeptical at first

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this pheromone collar really helped my dog. He seems much calmer, less anxious, and more relaxed overall. The change was noticeable after a few days. Easy to use and doesn’t bother him at all. Definitely recommend!

Never received and no assistance

Ordered back in January for shipping to Australia. The tracking said they arrived in Sydney at the end of January. Have contacted them numerous times about never receiving the items (now they have a new email address) but no-one ever contacts you. If they can't supply I would like a refund.

It’s a money grab operation.

Terrible customer service. If you are dissatisfied with the product, they want you to send it back to China, which will cost an arm and a leg just in postage. I went through several emails back-and-forth between the company and my request for a return authorization and prepaid label when they finally came back and said they will offer me a 25% refund with no return label and demanding I send it back to China.
Do not do business with this company.

Company lies and can't support their product

This company lies about where they are based. While it may not be a big deal to some, it renders their refund policy useless. Nowhere on their site do they state they are from China. When asked about the ridiculous amount of shipping time, I was the the promotion went so well, they sold out of their USA warehouse and had to use their China one.wgen I wanted to return the product, that did not help my dog, they told me it had to go back to China. That would cost me close to what I paid in the first place. For the record, my problem with buying things directly from China is all shipping related. My dog started panting heavily when I put the collar on and didn't stop until it was taken off. #pawlax couldn't even tell me if there were any specific instructions for use. I have all of this in email. #buyerbeware

Didn't receive but stated it was. Vendor said I have to contact the delivery service as it was out of their hands. Wanted a refund as I didn't receive product and vendor is responsible for making sure customer receives product. Worst customer service ever. Won't ever refer or use in the future.

My dog is allergic to the product

My dog is allergic to the product. He wore it for 12 hours and was sneezing and coughing. The scent is overwhelming. So unfortunately i don’t know if it would have worked for him.

Unfortunately, a Collar broke.

It was all great ordering the collars and receiving the collars quite quickly. However, one of the collars came apart while my dog was wearing and I was not able to put it back on my dog. The collar was essentially broken in half. My other dog is wearing hers, but unfortunately I haven’t noticed any difference in her.

Quick service and it is helping.

Quick service. My dog is 11 this year and I got the collar to help my dog relax a bit because she's a worrier and anxious. I think the colars helping she's had it on since Xmas day. I would get it again.
