This company is awesome, I’ve been in touch with them about a size replacement and they were amazing with getting me what I needed.these knee wraps are so well made and supportive . My knee is arthritic and larger than the other so I needed a larger size and they were right there ready to replace them. This is a great company to work with and customer service is A+++. I accidentally ordered 2 left knee braces instead of 1 for each knee. I contacted Peakflex and they immediately fixed the problem. It’s so great to deal with real people.

If your thigh is bigger than normal of what your weight is for measuring, get the next size up

Peakflex has an amazing customer service team by email. My Peakflex knee supports were too big. I ordered XX-large size because of losing over one hundred pounds and worried about the hanging fat fitting in the sleeve above my knees. Customer service was so amazing on giving me their opinion on the right size to order. They are sending a large and I can’t wait for my new pair to come in and try. I have confidence that they will work Great because of the great advice from wonderful support team!

Wow they answer quickly when you have a question ! The size I ordered I felt would be correct but they pinched upper and lower leg and I could not quite get the knee in the oval part of brace. So, I e-mailed them and they explained how to pop the round button to loosen and see if that made a difference. When I once again e-mailed they contacted me and said they would take care of me and send me the next size up ! I am very happy with this company and highly reccomend them !

The knee Brace I received is a very good product. My only problem was it was a size 2 bake but peak flex handled me getting a smaller size very professional. They are sending me a smaller size free of charge, which I thought was very nice of them. I will definitely order other products from peak flex. Thank you Lewis Pollara.

We ordered four knee braces from Peak Flex—two medium braces for me and two XL braces for my husband. The medium braces fit my husband perfectly, while the XL braces were too large for him. Peak Flex’s customer service was fantastic! They were quick to help and promised to send two replacement braces in the correct size at no additional charge.
The medium braces fit him perfectly, and he has found them to be extremely comfortable and supportive. We really appreciate Peak Flex standing behind their product and making sure we received the right fit.

Peak flex is a great product! Although sizing can be adjusted, customer is fast and very cooperative with working with their customers! One of the best experiences I have with customers experience to date!

We've tried a lot of products for my husband's knees but they were all pretty much the same until we found this. The fact that he can change the tension tightness with the twist of a knob has made a world of difference for his job. The product material is great! I absolutely cannot believe how nice this is working for him! Great customer service when ordering and a product came quickly.

I ordered two braces and received them. I was very impressed with the way they looked but they were too small. I apparently ordered the wrong size. I am ordering a new size.
