They are scammers. You order the product and they do not send it. You ask for a refund and they give you the run around. They give a fake shipping number. They say they can't refund because it's already been shipped. I have been emailing them every few days. They came to be a US company but the product comes from Hong Kong

If I could give no stars and leave a review I would. Got my order was happy to try it out. NOTHING WORKED. I reached out to customer service like the website said and keep getting a response from them about sending out a new batch but won’t refund my money when the website has a 60 day guarantee. When reminded of it they ignore you.

SCAM!!! Takes your money, doesn’t deliver product. Beware. Never responds to emails.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ROACH BLASTER. It's a different company that doesn't give you what you payed for. They give you a different brand. They want answers for customer service.

2 months and I didn’t receive my order. Customer service email does not email back! You will not receive your order and you will not get your money back for your order. This company is obviously a scam so I’m going to try and dispute the charges with my bank.

Well what went wrong is I ordered this product over a month ago and still haven't received it. It always was saying the product is in shipping and receiving going through customs I don't know why it has to go through customs and take that long is beyond me I live on a fixed income and I would like my money back I'm tired of waiting I had to go buy other stuff over $70 that I didn't have I live on a fixed income but hey let me try this product see if it helps better

I ordered some roach bait and its been weeks. Im still waiting for my product to arrive and they wont answer my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I ordered this product November 19th, 2025 and I have still not received my item. They give you some weird tracking number that doesn’t update at all. You don’t know where your package is coming from. I paid for express shipping and there was nothing express about it. They advertise on their site that you’ll get it in a few days. It’s been at least 2-3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten anything. Then they give you the run around when you email them. Whoever Mavis is? They don’t care about how you feel at all when they email you. They will block your email address, tell you that you won’t get a refund and give you the run around. I’m still trying to get my money back. Last thing the told me is to get a claim from USPS, when they have a money back guarantee and my order is over 2-3 weeks late! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM OR BUY THIS. Do not waste your time. They refuse to refund me! I will be reporting them to every site and institution imaginable. They are scammers.

I never received the item and they tried to offer me a 15% refund on the order. I said I want a full 100% refund I’m not giving money out for free. I tracked the order for almost thirty days. They say they are based in America but it’s coming from China?!?!? No they’re a scam for sure. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They’re a scam.

This stuff must've been a bad batch or something. It took 2 months to receive and received 3 bottles and I was disappointed did not work. Tried to get a refund about a refund and after communicating with their customer service for over a month them promising to send a replacement order only for them to tell me they weren't going to replace but they would give me a discount on another order. Haha no thanks won't get my business never again

Crap crap crap.
I put this stuff in my kitchen. One week later I walk into my kitchen to a roach being ON the counter. Does this stuff deter or attract?
I simultaneously ordered their fly blasters and received half broken pieces of %#%# mosquito lamps WITHOUT A PLUG, for INDOORS. There are also wires hanging out of one of them.
Their website contact us and emails are bounced back as undeliverable. This is another Chinese piece of shit scamming Americans company. Disputed the charge with my credit card. Shotty products from shotty people.
