After much research, I was finally about to get a refund from Whispore, thanks to a rep named MICKEY (like mickey mouse). He didn't give me a hard time, he just went right to work with what I asked for.
Mickey handled my problem fast and got everything taken care.
I ordered 3 months supply. I received the shipment and tried the product but my system doesn't accept the ingredients. So I quit taking it. I didn't ask for a refund. BUT, my Bank Account is being Charged the fee again! I sent a notification to the company and got No Reply. I did Not sign up for a subscription! I made sure that I didn't when I ordered the 3 bottles. I am not happy with the service I have received, which there hasn't been any. I do not advise anyone to get this product.
The representative was polite, helpful and was able to resolve my issue.

Sheiva was Great, she placed an order for me over the phone and found me the best pricing, I ordered 3 bottles and i really like this product, I have fibrosis of the liver and feel like this product has been working well for me, and the customer service is Great, I am very happy with the representative Sheiva and the product i re-ordered thru her !!!

She asked me to send her all the details and information I had and she would try and track it down. Because i paid through PayPal and the confirmation I received from from the site I ordered from. I never received an email confirmation so it was basically a dead end for her.
So far the product seems to working and will make all my future purchases directly through her.
