Apparently I agreed to a subscription that wasn’t advertised at all so I know I didn’t sign up for one. I was charged a month after my 3month supply for prenatal vitamins for another shipment I didn’t authorize. I would’ve never agreed to a subscription when the pills are too large and the smell is awful. I just wanted to get through the supply I had already previously purchased. It’s dishonest to lock a customer into a subscription they didn’t ask for and state in your policy that when the order is placed a refund can’t be issued because the company processes quickly so shipping is very quick. It definitely took almost a month to get my first shipment. TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS: go the find another company because this one is not worth the hassle, especially during a time of pregnancy.

I made a single purchase on this website on 5/11/26 for a 3 month supply of beef organ supplements. I opted out of any subscription plans as this was my first time trying the product and I don’t like to lock myself into any kind of subscription plans requiring automatic payment withdrawal from my bank account. Yesterday on 6/9/26 I received a notification from Chime that an attempted charge from Wellanova in the amount of $104.99 was declined. Thankfully I did not have money in this account at the time so the charge was not able to go through. I have since canceled my payment method through Chime and have requested a new debit card. This was an unauthorized charge. I did not subscribe to any products from Wellanova and am currently still not even finished with one month of my three month supply. I attempted to contact the company by phone to allow the opportunity for them to explain their mistake. The customer number provided for this company defaults directly to a voice message asking the caller to leave a message. I attempted to look for information after signing in on their website. There are no options to view or check any payment types that have been saved and as another reviewer stated here, clicking the option to “manage subscriptions” leads to nowhere. Literally. This appears to be a fraudulent company. Buyers beware.

Bought a 3 month supply as far as we know didn't buy subscription because when I check my account there is no payment on file for any sort of subscription so I can't cancel or anything. When I try to manage subscription it just takes you back to the top of the page. I contacted them via email so far no reply. This was done in May. In June they charged us even more for the same 3 month supply and shipped it out. Why would they send me 6 months supply in two months? It's a scam the product is real you will receive it but BOY will you receive it. You will receive so much of it in fact that you will have to throw your money in the trash.

This is the second product I have used from this company. I chose to order the D3K2 because I have seen amazing results from the cholesterol and circulation supplements I previously tried. I'm a very satisfied customer and wanted to try the D3K2.
This company makes a natural product without a bunch of fillers. I highly recommend this company for purchase of supplements. This company has a high rating of their products which is why I tried them in the first place.

So I haven't used it yet.But ordering was easy.Ordering was simple and we will see.It gave me a couple extra bottles to order a couple extra bottles.So now we have to see if this really works
