My order from TSA came quickly & exactly like I wanted. The only negative was I never got a receipt or email saying my order had been made. I never heard from TSA til my order had been shipped.

I ordered four items
I ordered four items. I received a notice one item was on backorder until the second week of May. OK. I then received notice that one order shipped. Haven't seen it. OK maybe on its way. Haven't heard anything on the other two items. Basically, terrible service. Ordered all a week ago.

On 4/18/18 @ 4:12 pm an email was sent to you with an attachment of the sales order which shows that the B29 Hi-Vis Backpack and the H20 Hi-Vis Safety Cap were on backorder. Our supplier is out of stock as well and the ETA is mid May. You already received notice that the R12 is also on backorder until May 10th. However, we do show that the RP4 Hi-Vis Breathable Rain Pant has been delievered to you on 4/21 via UPS Tracking number 1Z09X9240344466358.
