5 Star customer service!!
This was a last minute purchase for a Christmas present and nowhere else had the item available, let alone that I could order and get before Christmas.
The representative who helped me on the phone went out of her way to ensure the item would be shipped from the warehouse location that could get it to me in time for Christmas. I was beyond happy and grateful. She waited on the phone with me while I submitted the order online so she could receive the order and process it right away.
My experience was above and beyond. She was also very kind and personable and we ended up chatting a bit. Great customer service like this is uncommon, unfortunately, but you all are keeping it alive.

The item I ordered was on back order at the time. I received an email informing me it's on back order. But, I was given an option of a similar item instead of my original item. I elected to wait. I received my item and I'm very happy. Thank you.
