Apple I-Pad 10 Bundle

I-Pad was fine, but bundle components were cheap knockoffs. The earbuds were wired and the 10th generation Apple I-Pad is wireless only with no plug in port. The screen protector was opaque milky and yes the film was removed. The stylus and keyboard were Chinese knockoffs. All bundle components are NOT APPLE. I contacted customer service and they said they shipped what was advertised and I could return it. If you buy this you will need to purchase all the correct components of the bundle at another store. Complete waste of time.

If I could give 0 i would!!! Terrible customer service and when part of an order went missing the hoops I had to go through was unreal. Unsatisfactory and very sad shopping experience

Will Never Purchase from TSC Again

I ordered a TV via the company's website for Black Friday. After a week and a half of the order not being processed, I had to phone to inquire as to why my order was not being process. It took approximately 45 minutes on the phone to get any sort of answer. Upon discussion with the customer service rep, I was told that they would execute the order within one business day.
The next day I checked my order online to see the progress only to find that my item was backordered and there was no date in which to expect the TV. Again, I spent another 30+ minutes on the phone with their customer service team because I received no communication regarding my TV being on backorder. It was during this call that due to TSC's failure to execute the order, that they over sold the product, and it was no longer available. The customer service rep promised to investigate the issue and resolve it. I was also promised that the issue would be rectified, and I would receive a call the next day. However, no call was received. The only communication I received was an template email the following day that the item wasn't available and instructing me to call in to cancel the order. The customer service rep simply stated that it’s not their problem and effectively stated tough luck. They offered no options for resolution. I therefore had to spend another 30+ minutes on the phone trying to cancel the order.

Unaccurate info on website

I appreciate the convenience of purchasing from TSC, but I've encountered unsatisfactory service and inaccuracies in their website information. Despite the website indicating that my order from November 21 was shipped on the 24th, it hasn't been shipped even after eight business days. The delivery, which was confirmed by their agent when I placed the order, was supposed to be completed by now. It's disheartening that they provided false information to secure the order.

TSC.CA is pure sleaze

TSC.CA is pure sleaze. They show you a price, you click Place Order, they bill you a higher price, that's fraud. Customer service will not/cannot issue a credit or cancel order because it's at the warehouse?!, but open a Case# and someone will callback in 2-3 business days. Of course no one will call. The reason why they ask you your phone number when you call them is that they sell your Email/Phone# to Telemarketers and other criminal enterprises. Unsubscribe. Never order from them again. Tell everyone you know what they did to you. End of story. Shame.

Horrible customer service.

We ordered a Dyson vacuum and a MacBook. Made payments, order was confirmed. We waited for shipping for 4-5 days to find out from courier company that the order was cancelled. We had to CALL and spend 30 minutes on the phone to get nothing. Not an apology, not a credit or some kind of customer retention offer. The fact that we had to call them and to find out what is going on….it’s unreal how poor their customer retention is. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and spent countless dollars with them. I’m done and I’ll shop somewhere else thank you very much.

Tsc wouldn't process my final payment…

Tsc wouldn't process my final payment of $50 and I tried numerous times to make this payment. Each time customer service tells me it's all sorted and when the payment will come out, but it never does. Now I keep getting letters in the mail telling me my payment will be going to collections and the amount I owe keeps going up (now at $150). This is absurd, and I will never be using this company again.

I returned a sweater with no refund.

I returned a sweater which was bought using paypal. They sent me an email stating my refund was being issued. Two weeks later, still nothing. So I called. The young man with customer service was nice and found out that that Paypal denied the refund!! What?? I’ve used Paypal for years without issue. So now they said they would issue a cheque, which will take 4-6 weeks! When I said that was unacceptable, and asked to speak to a manager, no one would talk to me. Not sure I will ever get my money back, until I get the bank involved. I will never purchase anything from TSC again!!

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever, do not shop from here, not only do they steal from you, once you catch them doing it they can explain how or why it happened. The customer service is horrible, I would not recommend anyone buy anything here. Use any other company but this one.

Sold me a used item

This was my first and last purchase from TSC. I bought a expensive Fryer/Oven and they shipped me one that was used. I imagine it was a return that they resold. This is not only unethical, but illegal.

Very disappointed.

SENT WRONG ITEM 3 Times and Now wont refund!
ZWILLING is the partner in crime and this HAs gone on for weeks and wont refund several hundreds of dollars!
Keep getting form emails from Zwilling about credit department looking into it! Opened a fraud case with my bank .

Bad bad place to connect with and give…

Bad bad place to connect with and give money away.They kept charging me for more than a year for product they never send. That suppose to be auto delivery for one year and one year only. When called to resolve this, the customer service man aka Steven was extremely rude, obnoxious, would not let me speak one sentence and stop me in the middle with harsh way and then speak as if giving me favour but talking to me, not just that when I finally said you are being Impatient and let me explain something, he got so offended and after yelling and screaming hanged up. Not to mention the t rubbish things you get send and you have to pay postage to send the stuff back for their mistakes and errors. I don’t think they care..Karma will catch on, soon I hope.

Would give tsc less stars if possible. They lost my item in the mail, and are charging me a refund/exchange charge reorder my item. The cutomer service agent I talked to could even get a hold of the team that would deal with this situation. Absolutely brutal. Worst experience ever.

AWFUL!

AWFUL!! This company has the worst Customer Service!! They don't want to help in any way shape or form! Ordered two item on the 31st of August, received one item not even a week later, the 2nd item apparently was shipped from US (did not let me know that), shipped and delivered to some place in US on Sept 8/23. No further update!!! It's been two full weeks, don't know where it is. TSC will not help in tracking package, just says when it clears customs, they will have a tracking number! Sorry, but it does not take this long to clear customs! Also had I known it was coming from the US, I probably wouldn't have ordered it!!! NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING THAT! Also, when ordering multiple items, they should be shipped together, not separately.!! I use the easy pay program they have, and now have to watch for two different payments at two different times!!! Makes it very confusing! I do appreciate the easy pay, but damn!

They charge you for your free return

I bought a couple pairs of shoes which I did not like and I returned them. The total cost was $$271.16 which was divided into easy payments. My was first payment was $102.42 which I was charged on my credit card. I get a refund for $71.52. There is a difference of $30.92.
They subtract the return shipping fee of $13.98 and the first shipping fee of $14.97 plus GST charge on the first shipping fee. I lost about $30 in shipping fees for a return!!! They advertise FREE returns but the returns are not free at all!!!!

Also they have a supposedly 30 day return window. But that window starts from the day you place an order and not when you receive your order. So you better make your decision quickly if you want to return things.

Also their invoices are very unclear. The email for the refund showed that I paid a total of $224.99 minus the return shipping fee of $13.98 and refund taxes $29.25 which equals a net refund of $71.52. How does their math add up! It took 2 phone calls to clarify how the amount of $71.52 was refunded when it looks like I was charged a lot more money.

Also when you call TSC, there is no option to talk to a live agent about a return or refund. I had to press the option for placing an order so that I can talk to a person.

No FREE returns. There are fees to be paid for shipping back and forth that are subtracted from your refund. Very confusing refunds!!!!

I ordered some probiotics 2 for 63 bucks on sale from 79 bucks Canadian.with a grand total after shipping of 75 bucks . After I ordered I saw the same Item on AMAZON for 2 for 40 bucks no shipping! so I would have saved 35 bucks if I ordered from Amazon..
