Excellent customer service and products. Really went out of their way to reply to my email fast and dispatch fast. Leonardo lap trays were well packaged and beautifully designed. They look like great quality and at a reasonable price too.

Never heard of the company but found then when looking for a specific children's cutlery set I found online. They had the item for a half the price of amazon so I bought 3! Delivered 2 days later. Very happy :D

Ordered a draught excluder for my brother yesterday who’d been on the phone complaining about the breeze coming in under the door. Said excluder now less than 24hours is stopping the chill coming through!
Speedy delivery and apparently the dog is a dear little chap to boot.

Got my draught excluder package the next day from DPD! Super fast delivery! Ordered them at 2.30pm got them by 8.30am the next day! They are fantastic quality I can feel the difference they are making already! I will be gifting my mum and dad one for Christmas!

The Laptrays here are excellent! Only £5.99 for next day delivery! Will be buying from this company again! Very professional! Support small business!

I purchased a disney toy story T rex with this company, this morning having advertised that they were in stock.

I just received a telephone call from Tim, informing me, now a couple of hours later, that the item was not in stock when I ordered it and their system doesn't seem to be keeping up with demand, he then proceeded to try and sell me another item from the toy story range, I thought what a scam. My thoughts are, they advertise a toy that is probably in high demand, that they probably don't have, then cancel the order and offer one they do have in stock, which can be got nearly everywhere. I especially thought this when queried with Tim if I could not get the money box before Xmas, how long after would I have to wait? I was told approx 6 months !!!!! lol Very naughty.

Add to this I just received an email stating that my order was broken and that is the reason for the cancelation lol!!

I think they need to get their stories straight!!! First and last time I am going to order from these, I consider them very untrustworthy.

Still in the dark as to how long it will be before I am refunded, after all they can't decide on a reliable excuse as to the cancelation? Tim did say a couple of hours, so I will be back to update on how long exactly it was.

Not a happy customer, not a reliable company, would really NOT recommend these, but would recommend sticking with companies you know.

After reading the reply left by Ttamer I feel it only fair to comment, you are trying to say I am trying to get something for nothing and this is not the case. As far as I am concerned it was in stock and I ordered it, put yourselves in my shoes, few hours later you are telling me the said item is no longer in stock, you then offer me an alternative that is widely available, when I queried if I was prepared to wait how long would it be before the original item would be available Tim told me, approx 6 months. SIX MONTHS!!!! that is no good to me and would obviously ring alarm bells with anyone with half a brain.

Firstly I have been fully refunded.

However, its 18.36 now on 14/12/2022 and Ttamer were still advertising the Disney TRex money box as in stock, on google up to 18.16, not sure now if its been rectified, just wanted to come in and complete my comments. I took and still have a screen shot of this, at 18.04. I am just unsure how to share on here, but anyone doubting this I can show. So much for customer service, even after this complaint they have not revised the availability of this product at the very least.

Finally, in relation to my experiences and what I post on Trustpilot, I give my unbiased opinion as when I am not sure of a company myself, I check on Truspilot first to find out what others think of the service or product they have received.

When I received a confirmation email, from Ttamer I logged off thinking all was well, until the telephone call. I never made numerous threats at all. I simply told Tim I was going to leave a review, of what I considered a bad service on Trustpilot. I also said I was very disappointed and not happy. All this is true. I suspect, had I not pre-warned him, he would have said he had no idea I was unhappy with the service, you really can't win can you?

I absolutely love my animal doorstops, they are such good quality for a low price, I’m going to order more as xmas gifts, delivery and packaging is 5star quality too, thankyou! Hope your business grows from strength to strength

I’ve bought multiple purchases from tamers now and each one has been of excellent quality and very keenly priced. The two ladies who run the shop are wonderfully warm and welcoming , and always have time for you. Found this Company whilst checking out pladtic balcony planters. Prices were reduced so i ordered 4. That was on saturday. Could not believe it when they arrived on the Monday. What can I say, what a fabulous little company. Placed an order on Friday afternoon expecting it to be delivered on Monday, recieved a text on Saturday morning and items turn up a few hours later. Great customer service, brilliant communication and excellent quality products and a great price (cheapest i could find on internet for product I wanted)
