Rip-off and Spamming in TTD
First of all, their prices are several times higher than G2G and Gamerauctions, and they are a rip-off. Furthermore, their methods are vicious.
They use a lot of bots to advertise in TTD games through spam, and they make profits by exploiting people who are unaware of the market.
However, it doesn't seem like it's a scam, and it doesn't seem like you won't receive gems.

I purchased gems for my son on Friday and it’s been 3 days and my son still doesn’t have them. How long does it take? Is there something he needs to do to access the gems. The order number is 1014.

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out. We’ve checked our records, and it seems we don’t have any orders matching the details you provided. Our store has actually been out of stock for the past month, so it’s possible that the purchase was made from a different store.
I recommend contacting the store where you made the purchase or your bank to request a refund.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
