I am an RPN and tried to sign up with TTM a year ago as they are a Tier 1 agency and I was not getting shifts with the agency I was working for at the time.
Though the communication was almost instantaneous, I found the agent to be pushy and demanding. I would submit compliance documents only to be told sometimes minutes later that they were insufficient or that the agency required more.
This included things like occupational health documents, which TTM insisted were not good enough according to their own occ health people (one had full vaccination titres and was from a reputable health clinic in central Dublin) or even professional certification. TTM have an insane requirement that you must send them Gardaí-validated electronic AND print copies of your passport, NMBI annual retention document and degree parchment, in addition to unvalidated copies.
The agent I was assigned to also kept pushing me to pay for Garda vetting and occ health despite me telling her repeatedly that I had no money coming in at that time. Eventually I had to acquiesce due to the constant questioning and borrow money to pay for them, but even then she continued to push me to pay for further courses.
After three or four days of this treatment I lost my patience with the process. I sent a long message to the agent detailing my concerns with the process and asking why TTM required such stringent and detailed information, who and what is it for and where is it being kept, etc. I reminded her that my name and role are a matter of public record, and that even other Tier 1 agencies don't require this baffling level of information, and the HSE certainly doesn't. I told her I was done with onboarding for TTM and wanted a full refund (Garda vetting was never started and I never attended the occ health appointment) and any information I had disclosed to TTM destroyed, as is my right. To this day I have never received a response to that message, nor to the several emails I have sent directly to TTM since asking for the same thing.
I would take this opportunity to note to any readers on Trustpilot that I have onboarded with over half a dozen different agencies of varying reputability in the five years I have been a qualified nurse, but have never been made to feel as small or problematic as I have with TTM. I would advise anyone who is interested in signing up to be absolutely sure they want to work with TTM, as there are other options available that are better paid and treat you more humanely.
I would love to give TTM a more positive review, but unfortunately my experience was overwhelmingly negative and pressured. I would also remind anyone reading this that Tier 1 status is not a marker of quality but rather a sign that an agency is willing to shortchange and harass their own employees to meet the demands of an even more poorly run and crashing behemoth - the HSE.

TTM is the worst agency. They don’t pay for work. This is illegal for not paying for jobs I work. They break the law.

I do not recommend this agency at all. I was with them for 2 years and it was not a positive experience. I lost count of how many errors were made with my wages. Backpay for pay increments were paid months later and were incorrect at times. The "Rota" app is very restrictive for changing shifts. Annual leave is not paid at flat rate, bank holidays are not paid on time so one week I would get four days wages and the following week I would get 6 days wages. My complaints landed on deaf ears. I would not work via TTM again, my advice is to go with another agency.

I worked with TTM for 8 months. Never had any issues. Everything was ran smoothly. Any questions, I could contact by email and would get a quick response. Pleasure to work with this agency and the staff were great especially SarahB Carey who helped me and assisted me with everything! Would recommend this agency to anyone.

I highly recommend TTM Healthcare to anyone looking for agency work. I have had nothing but a positive experience working for them as locum staff for 2.5years. They offer 24 hour support if you have any issues or queries. I was never short of hours. Truly loved my time with them.

I have been working with TTM a few months and they are not the best agency to go with. I signed up with basically all of them to see what shifts were going.
1. Probably will negatively impact me by even leaving a review
2. There seems to be loads of shifts on the app but I might be accepted for 2/10 I apply for if im lucky
3. I was twice booked for shifts I had not even applied for and had to cancel them
4. I personally think the whole point of agency work is that it is last minute, flexible, and if something comes up you can cancel the shift. However, I notice the passive aggressive emails I get back if I cancel a shift, I only noticed it with this company. Especially Andre from cope.. it’s not professional and that’s the nature of agency work… I have had jobs cancelled on me by Ttm but I don’t act that way
5. I’ve worked a few months with Ttm and I think I got 2 Sundays so far so if you are hoping for that premium shift as HCA, you will be disappointed, I get more Sunday shifts with the agency Servisource which isn’t even a tier 1 agency
6.good luck trying to get a reply from your consultant.. my one anyway maybe others are ok,. I have to send multiple follow up emails to even get a response from their team
7. The payroll team are excellent and can’t be faulted, they reply promptly and sort out all issues for me
8. The recruiter I dealt with, Lutho, was amazing and so helpful to start me with TTM

If I have any problems or issues, I will email them and they respond promptly and efficiently and resolve the problem very quickly. I have heard lots of complaints from friends with other agencies about lack of shifts but I make bold to say TTM is the only agency I work with and I never run out of shifts. TTM Healthcare Solutions is a top tier company that is swift in responding to staff queries even at odd hours.
Onboarding process was without hassle.

Working for three years with TTM and living
