The company is an absolute joke. They say that their delivery times are a few days. I've waited nearly three weeks and nothing has shipped, and all I get are pathetic excuses about waiting for green lights. I've had three emails talking about we've nearly got a green light. Forget your green lights and ship out the products that your customers have paid for. Disgraceful.

wanted to check even if online said they will. They got back to me 9am today morning to say yes they will be and so I made arrangements to head down. It will take close to 2 hours for me to travel down and I was already on my way when they dropped a bombshell at 11.50am that they will be closed. I was utterly upset and told them this was too last minute as I was on the way down. I alighted my transport and took another one in the opposite direction to head back.

10mins later they messaged back saying they will make an exception and allow me to visit. So I alighted and took another transport back to Ubi. The moment I alighted the bus, I did my due responsibility and texted them informing them I’m at Ubi but google maps stated it will take 10mins to walk there. They still replied at this moment to say sure, once I’ve arrived text them again and they will get someone to open the door for me.

Reached exactly 10mins later and I waited for a total of 35mins. The moment I arrived I texted the. After I while I called. I ended up calling multiple times during the wait. No response. No messages, did not pick up my call. I was totally ghosted.

I spent about 2 hrs to get there, waited for another 35 mins and now am gonna spend 2 hrs to get back. They have totally wasted almost 5hrs of my time. Irresponsible, rude and utterly disgusting behaviour. Am bringing my business elsewhere. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them

Doghshit chairs uncomfortable and the arm rest broke straight away, cheap brittle plastic. Then they wanted another $39 for postage to replace the arm reset that was faulty lol off to fair trading i go.
Update: knew they legally couldn't charge me postage when they sent me a defective products (even though they tried) I threatened fair trading and they "waved" the postage as a "good faith gesture" LOL if I didn't threaten fair trading they would have tried to make me pay for postage. Don't fall for their BS you have legal rights with your online orders and they know it.

I bought the TTRacing Swift X Pro Air and it is absolutely terrible.
It is extremely uncomfortable. The seat is way too long, which means my legs are not in a proper position. This creates constant pressure on my knees.
DO NOT BUY TTRacing. Under no circumstances. It is a complete SCAM.
On top of that, there is no customer service at all. It’s a Shopify site trying to hide behind a brand image.
They try to look good with strong marketing, but the reality is that the chair quality is really awful.
For this price, you can find much better options.
Last but not least, the reviews on their website are completely fake. After purchasing a chair, it is impossible to leave a review. There isn’t even any space to create or log into a customer account.
