I ordered some stuff about a month and…

I ordered some stuff about a month and a half ago. Have I received it? No. Have they answered my emails? No. I understand they are going out of business but damn-a little customer service goes a long way. I asked for a refund and still no answer. Idk if I’m going to receive my purchase but this is terrible of them. I wouldn’t buy from them especially since they are going out of business. They are probably going to keep your money.

Totally ignored me

I saw someone wearing a Bulkasaur tank a while ago, asked them where they bought it and they told me where. Said tank was no longer on their website so I contacted tuffntiny both on FB and by email asking when or if it would be back in stock. No response at all. Completely ignored. Nice! Won't give below 3 stars since I haven't actually bought anything so don't know if their service to actual customers is as bad as their (not) replying to potential customers.

Enquired by email several times and…

Enquired by email several times and also on Facebook about re-ordering tanks I’ve bought previously, but they’re overworn at this point so I want to buy them again., They’re all Pokemon ones which I guess they have been threatened with legal action by Pokemon and never had permission for them to begin with as there’s no trace of Pokemon anywhere on their site or social media. Anyway I was ignored completely, repeatedly, whatever is going on with them soon going out of business if the Pokemon merch won’t be coming back it takes seconds to give at the least a standard copy/paste response

EDIT: In response to their response:

which I have copy/pasted in here as they deleted the last one, I am a customer who bought half a dozen items in the past, overpaid like f*** for UK shipping in the process, cost per tank to ship was almost the same as the tank! After wearing said items which were honestly great quality for their price - shipping, I wanted to replace them, they had vanished. So as you have straight up admitted ignoring previous and potential customers is totally acceptable because I'm 'one of thousands' (yeah right, with the stock you have left?! lol) As you can see their response is hardly the sort of company you would want to buy from, I'm not important enough to warrant a response because I wasn't contacting them about an order recent enough to warrant a response!

So you missed the point Michale. We are a small home run business, with a life and family to take care of. We are human, incapable of responding to 100% of every comment, message, inquiry most ESPECIALLY if it doesn't involve an order - think for a second, if we did that, it would consume our entire day, with no time to actually design or make our products. My grandmother always said ''Assume only to make an ass out of yourself''. If we don't have something for sale and we didn't respond directly to YOU, about what we have decided to sell or not sell, maybe you could have just moved on with your life instead of slander us here. I'm sorry you didn't get a response, but we do our best with the working limitations and time we have in a day. Sometimes our best isn't good enough, and that's the case here. We're working to improve that.

i bought 5 shirts at the last day of…

i bought 5 shirts at the last day of the 2018 olympia expo. After trying one on to figure out the size i wanted i bought 5 LARGE T-SHIRTS in plastic bags of different pokemon characters. when i got home they were all XL and they were tank tops and a couple tees. hit up TNT to see if i could change switch i was even gonna eat the shipping cost.. after several emails i never even got a response. I like the characters and the shirts so much i re-bought them online at regular price, I have not received them yet..

Really loved the designs but shipping has been a nightmare

Really loved the designs but I ordered in early March 2018 ans still have not received the package to this day(5/1/2018). USPS is to blame as well but I have been periodically following up with the given TnT contact email address and have not received a response in over 6 weeks.

If I should just let this go at least tell me so I can stop following up.

Also, the tracking is incorrect because it isn't at the location that USPS says it is at.

Straightforward

Everything went smoothly and I received the delivery in good time (considering there was international shipping). I am really happy with my T-shirt and it even came with a handwritten 'thank you'.

Excellent Customer Service

Had a problem with my order and wasn't expecting it would be resolved, however had a nearly instantaneous response from them and they resolved it straight away. Product is good quality, although doesn't quite match the imagery portrayed on their website.

Adorable shirts and quick shippigg

My boyfriend loves these shirts. They are super soft and I am looking to buy him a third one. They ship out the next day and get to my house super fast. I have yet to have issue with this company and the shirts are high quality. Plus the designs are awesome. I look forward to new designs!

Since I'm a total nerd, ol when I saw their jigglybuff shirt on Instagram I HAD to get it! It was at my doorstep within a week (I live in Alaska, so that's pretty impressive) and I immediately busted it out and when to the gym. If your an original 151 fan that's an avid gym goer, this is the shirt for you!

Love the shirts

There theme of buff Pokemon is absolutely hilarious and definitely going to turn some heads. I ordered the JigglyBuff shirt and already got a few laughs and compliments. Next I'm going for the Bulkasaur shirt. Lastly, Shipping was really fast.

Awesome Startup company

Was looking for funny, gym-related shirts and came across TuffnTiny/Flex Comics. I found their designs hilarious and decided to order a shirt. It came in and I was surprised with an additional free shirt. The quality and fit are great. Looking forward to buying future designs!

Great service. Great shirts

Order shipped an hour after I placed it and delivered two days later. Got a tank top and a shirt and they are both very good quality and form fitting. Will be ordering again when some new stuff comes out.
