I used the Interview Accelerator coaching and CV rewrite service and it honestly changed the way I approached my job search. I wanted to move into a new role with a higher salary but I wasn’t sure how to pitch myself or handle salary conversations. Terry was so easy to work with, really enthusiastic and supportive, and he gave me the confidence to show my worth in interviews and when negotiating.

We went through the job description together and tailored competency-based questions specific to the role. I prepared clear examples for each one and we did mock interviews using the STAR technique, plus technical and follow up questions. The funny thing is, most of the questions we practised actually came up in my real interview!

Terry also reworked my CV so it highlighted my skills and matched the jobs I was applying for. He took the time to explain the changes too, which helped me understand the strategy behind them. He kept in touch all the way through, guiding me on how to follow up with employers and encouraging me to keep going.
