yearly auto renewal without reminders. refusal to refund when canceled day of renewal. predatory practices towards students.

turbo ai has been solid for me, had one annoying moment tho. the pro payment just wouldnt just go through, kept erroring out and i was kinda frustrated cause i needed access asap.
reached out to support not expecting much, maybe a reply in a day or two. nope. someone got back to me within minutes. actual minutes fr . they didnt just send a bot "we got your message and we are working on it blaa blaa blaa"email either", they actually fixed it, set up a new payment portal and walked me through it.
its small thing but it matters. a lot of services just let you sit there. this one did not. if the product is good AND the support actually shows up that fast, thats pretty rare. will stick around i just hope. and those 3 stars review dont suit such good team

Their notes are very boring while other AI can make notes better than this one. Many errors appear

Turbo.ai is a scam. They charged me and I never agreed to it. I requested a refund the same day they charged me and they wouldn't refund me.

I had to create a billing dispute with the bank.

Good in making notes. Subscription cancelled but still trying to get the money from account. Checking account no option to contact.

I found the whole experience really frustrating. The checkout page made it seem like there was a 3-day trial before any charge, but I was billed immediately with no warning. The team later admitted the wording was unclear and said they’ve since updated it — which means they fixed their mistake, but not my situation. I still couldn’t get any refund, not even partial.
I understand they’re a small team, but that shouldn’t mean customers lose money because of unclear communication. It left a bad impression and honestly made me hesitant to trust the product again, which is a shame because I actually liked what they were building.
At this point, I wouldn’t recommend it to others based on my experience — at least until they show they can handle billing issues more fairly. Hopefully no one else runs into the same problem, and I’m glad my feedback pushed them to clarify things for future users.

well it states that the application is free but its giving you a maximum of only uploading 1 document after that if you upload any other document it requires a payment it really is good but dont advertise fake things

Excellent Customer Service. Bought this app in error but Sarthak Dhawan ( Founder, Turbolearn) guided me how to get refund through Google play and was extremely helpful, he replied back to my messages in quick time and made sure refund was processed without any delay....really impressed with an excellent customer service
