When my package arrived it was open and the oil filter was missing contacted Turbo Tec about the issue and within 1 day they were sending me another kit free and I was impressed how quickly they handled it

I’m very cautious when purchasing products online this company has great sales pricing and come to find out exceptional Customer Service. There was a problem during shipping I wasn’t going to accept but with one quick communication email David at Turbo Tech Performance had another shipment delivered in three days with no issues. The products are good. The shipping stinks. Had everything cramed into a plastic bag and it was so full everything had almost damaged. The air filter was deformed from everything being so tight and in a bag instead of a box I'm not sure I will use it

Had ordered crank case filter element. Element showed up busted in package emailed customer support. David responded back very promptly and sent out replacement element.

Quick to find exactly what I needed and at a great price. The delivery was the issue. Package didn’t arrive between the dates outlined and UPS stated the label had been ordered but they hadn’t received the package. Communications to the seller was minimal at best. One text message and phone goes to voicemail every call. So the product and price was great but the ball was dropped on the shipping. However there was a quick apology and I’m sure with the great pricing I will order here again cause I think the shipping was a one off glitch. But comms could be better. Thank you

Excellent Service start to finish. I ordered a complete filter kit for my Ram 2500. The price was great, my order came super fast, and their customer service answered my questions quickly. Very impressed with this company. I had never used them before, but they earned a loyal customer from now on.

We had a rep, Andrew, come last week to have a look at our over-the-stove microwave. We were prepared to purchase a new one for installation if it couldn't be fixed. Forunately Andrew was able to quickly diagnos the problem a replace the needed part (just a fuse).

Andrew was polite and courteous and explained us through the process while working. We saved the cost of a new unit and installation, thank you!

We hightly recommend anyone having appliance issues calling Turbo Tech before replacement.
