The picture that I received look like…
The picture that I received look like it was just a photocopy, not truly a watercolor painting. The examples on the website look like this would be a perfect solution to what I was looking for, but unfortunately the image does not resemble watercolors but something I could have printed out on my copier machine. The frame is very nice shipping of the items guaranteed that they arrive safely.

We're sorry to hear that. Your photo was of a flower pattern on a quilt which was already looking like a painting. The print should look exactly like the proof image which you reviewed and approved. We offer all customers unlimited revisions so if the first version needs some changes then please ask the designer to adjust the style or image details before approving.

I just wish the photos were shifted a tad more. The head is right to the top on the one side and the space on the left is too much. I did ask to switch photos around and was told a head would have been cut off. I would have to disagree even more after receiving the print. Customer service and quality has been amazing though!

I've checked your order and can see that one of your photos does have the top of the man's head cut off at the top edge. So the designer has worked hard to find the best layout in these cases putting the photos up against the image edge so that there are no hard cut offs in the image which would look odd. If anyone is having issues finding the best layout for multi-photo images then please email customer services so we can help you find the best arrangement.
