Great quality mat which washes well. Quick tumble and looks like new.

Durable mats; wash well; keep their colour well; don't slip, We particularly like the fact that they have remained soft and cuddly for our kids and now our grandkids playing on the floor!

Nice quality mats as usual, but colours looked different to how they were online.

Returned on this basis only. Turtle mat are transparent in that they state customers must pay for returns. However this cost me over £15. Perhaps some returns price guidance would be helpful to customers.

Very poor service. I received my mat and the colour was not as advertised. Interestingly this is listed on the return slip as a reason to return. I do not see why any customer should have to pay for the postage just because you cannot get the colour correct in your photos. I contacted, sent a photo and received a prepaid return slip, so thank you that but I don't see why I should have to have the hassle, see reason above.
Then the refund, no acknowledgment that the mat had been received and no notification of refund. Over a month later and still no refund so I had to chase that, and to be fair it arrived very quickly. The reason given was a problem with paypal and it bounced back, but of course I had no notification that a refund had been attempted because your communication is awful.
This is not the fault of the person who dealt with all this, that was well handled, but the systems need improving, these are expensive products, I have never had such a hassle getting a refund, and you should not be charging return postage because your photos are poor.
