This is again very very wrist and silly experience for turtlemint.
I issued a vehicle policy to my customer from turtlemint but company issued policy with wrong date or period. Company issued policy before 7 days of expired of prevuos policy and now refuse to validity change in policy.
What a nonsense and silly company which I never seen. Before this many incident had happened regarding payout.
If company not able to provide service to his client then why close the same.

Turtlemint helped me to boost my insurance earning with multiple options, there new product like loan and credit card helped me to earn extra income.

I recently purchased term insurance policy from the turtlement expert. He explained me the things very well so it was smooth journey with turtlement team.

Some time renewal of car or bike either scooter. Company gives 0 activity points. The activity points change regularly and try to steel small commissions of agent regularly.

No company will become bigger by doing these cheap practices. Policy bazaar is much better.

Previously I was working with three deferent platforms selling Insurance, Loans and Creditcards, I started using the Turtlemint platform 1 year back they have added all the options at one place which make it easy to manage all request sometime payout are less in some products but having everything at one app solve lot of problems

I started as advisor recently with Turtlemint, getting on time support from RM but need more insurance integration on the App.

Working with Turtlemint as Advisor from 4 years now, have seen the App evolved over the period, now able to sell multiple products and getting the timely payout. Need to work on more plans.

Worst backend service they show worng points after sold the policy different points no response from support team this platform kills u buisness

A worst experience we can ever had, even after 15 days of policy taken no updates in our records and when we go to the company they dont have any records for the same. On verification of policy status is no policy found .... so dont ever try this agency for any services

paid ₹5,346 to Turtlemint on 6th June 2025 for motor insurance for my vehicle HP27B0850. All I received was a temporary PA cover from 7th June to 6th July. As of today, 26th June, no proper insurance policy has been issued.

Turtlemint claims that the payment was successfully sent to Go Digit, but Digit says they haven't received it. I'm stuck in between. For the past 4 days, all I’ve been hearing is “wait 24–48 hours” from both companies — with no real update.

Now they're asking for a second vehicle inspection, even though it was already done. If any accident had occurred in the last 20 days, would either of them take responsibility?

Turtlemint and Go Digit are working together, yet neither is willing to take ownership. This is not just poor service — it’s negligent and risky. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting either company.

Endosoment team ) support team work on auto mail basis never solve any issue once you sold policy to your client.. every time asking status same reply given never pick any call from support team frustrated

Is company yaani ki turtle mint se jud kar mene sabse badi galti ki hai mujhe 1 hafte se ye log ghuma rahe hai mujhe apni I'd deactivate karwane ke liye itna paresaan hona pad raha hai yaha kaam koi karna hi nhi chahta or jo meri RM hai unhone Mera number blacklist kar diya taaki unse koi help ki umeed na Karu pichle 1 hafte se ye log na meri id deactivate kar paye na hi Inka NOC department koi revert mail karta hai jab mujhe itna paresaan hona pad raha hai to jinhe claim chaiye hoga wo kitna paresaan hote honge ye mujhe samjh aa raha hai agr minus rating hoti to Mai wo deta very bad behaviour or bad company turtle mint bharose ke layak nhi hai ye company na inke adhikari

turtlemint एक बहुत ही घटिया कंपनी है, और उसकी सर्विस भी, यहाँ कोई भी ऐसा बाँदा नहीं है जो एजेंट एजेंट की सपोर्ट करे, पेआउट भी टाइम से नहीं देते है और कमीशन भी काट लेते है वो भी बिना बताये और अगर अपने RM से बोलो तो वो भी 10 बहाने बनाते रहते है और जोनल इंचार्ज भी कुछ नहीं कर पाते, CP के ऑफिस में Mr. ARUN है वो तो बात तक नहीं करते न ही फ़ोन उठाते है जैसे उनको कंपनी से कोई मतलब नहीं है, मै तो हर एक ब्यक्ति को बोलना चाहूंगा की turtlemint से कोसो दूर रहे.

Ye company apni mistake ki liye b hume wait karwati he next cycle tak jo galat he or koi proper ans deta hi nahi
Yani yaha koi sunne wala nahi he isliye yaha type kar raha hu.
Galti unki or uske liye unko on the spot payment karma chahiye par ye log next cycle tak hume wait karwate he

Rs same time na milne ka loss or unke time se hi apko rs denge jo galat bat he
Ye badha kar nahi dene wale.
Or galti b wo fursat se cycle par hi rs denge

Solution on the spot hona chahiye yaha fursat he hoga or koi sawal hoga gumte hi rahoge koi proper ans nahi deta yaha.

Without solution close ticket.

The service given by turtlemintis very poor..They have not pick any call after giving agency / not given any training ....They give wrong info...I think unmature and kid people hire in the company ....

Very bad company . No fair deal with agents or partner . No commission show in advance after policy issue only 40rs commission . Total transaction value 2710 commission provide by mintpro 40 rs . In 40 rs 4 print out policy copy to policy holder . Car insurance .

I am a Mintpro partner.
The support is very poor.
They never solve issues raised by us.
I regret joining this programme.

The service given by Rm is very very bad..They talk in a hitler way...They shout to us..They talk loudly ...They give wrong info..They dont dont normally...I think unmature and kid people hire in the company ....

Not give proper reply ..not solved any single query...dont go with mintpro..i hv done my policy with mintpro but still not recived my policy copy....and if u become posp.. That is also pblm not support ur team mnger no one care abt u...
