Turtle Productions have not told the truth. They did build my waterfall. They did reline and build the path around the edging. They did come back over three times to put right leaks and shoddy workmanship. The last time they poisoned my fish by dropping mortar in the pond. They then decided to pull off the job because they had other commitments at Sudley castle. so they made out that I had been abusive to them. They have turned off the option of leaving photos and videos. I wonder why? I have the proof of what I am saying.

I would highly recommend Turtle Productions to anyone interested in having a garden pond created or restored to provide a beautiful sanctuary for wildlife and a lasting pleasure. My pond was suffering from the hot weather and dire neglect owing to the disabilities which come with old age. I can’t tell you what an enjoyable day I had when Gem and Sean turned up to do the promised work. They were incredibly well equipped, knowledgeable and hard working and delightful company. The transformation is amazing and making me very happy - as I hope it will be for the frogs and others!

We are very happy with our new pond. Jake and Youness were hardworking, helpful and pleasant to have around. We feel that they have enhanced our somewhat dull garden and made it far more interesting. We would happily recommend Turtle Productions to anyone thinking of creating a wildlife pond in their garden

Our pump had stopped working in the pond, Andy came out and soon diagnosed the problem, replaced pump and all up and working. We have our pump & filtration system serviced every year by Turtle Productions and happy to continue and recommend. Very good service.

We are very pleased with the work that Gemma did on our pond. She took a great deal of time to ensure every leak was stopped.

Very happy with the work of the teams @ Turtle Productions ... and my totally refurbished pond and waterfall. From a very old fashioned small pond I now have a far more natural pond which will become a haven and hopefully attract wildlife...

Gem and Sean arrived spot on time and, having introduced themselves, got straight on with the work. They worked hard and systematically, explaining what they were doing as they went. They were enthusiastic and very helpful, especially in being aware of the need to conserve water as the pond was being drained. They handled the fish with great care and took interest in our fish collection. We were delighted with their work and would be pleased to have them again when we next have the pond renovated. We are very pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Turtle Productions in renovating our garden pond. Our initial enquiries were dealt with by Caroline who was very helpful and friendly. The work on the pond was done by Gemma. She was excellent in every way, nothing was too much trouble for her and we were left with nothing to do except admire her brilliant work.

Gem and Sean from Turtle Productions carried out a complete clean and restoration of my pond. I was worried about the rapidly falling water level and the team found and repaired the leak in the concrete. They worked really hard and did a super job - the pond looks great and not one fish lost!

I hired Turtle to clear weed from a large pond and to find and fix a leak. They did a good job with the weed, but it soon transpired that they had failed to fix the leak. By then I had paid them in full. They came back and tried to fix it but once again failed. They then returned, said they knew where the leak was and would contact me with a date when they would return and fix it. That was mid March. Since then I’ve not heard from them and they have not replied to emails sent in April and May. They are ghosting me. I think this is extremely poor and would not recommend this company.

The whole process from the beginning with Caroline to the end waving goodbye to Gemma and Sean was smooth and informative.
Polite staff who all knew their stuff and were a pleasure to have in my pond!

At the risk of this seeming to be a 'staged' review, I can honestly say that I am hard pressed to fault Turtle Productions. From my first contact with Caroline in the office, followed by the initial visit from Lee, to the completion of the work it has been a trouble free experience. In particular, I would like to commend (and thank) Gemma, Youniss & Sam, whose hard work, boundless enthusiasm & cheerfulness have transformed my large, & very neglected, garden pond.

I will continue to employ Turtle Productions to do the yearly maintenance & any other work that should arise in the future.

Mike and Ryan created us a new pond which will be our pride and joy. They were friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and clear about their remit.
They talked us through the process and kept us up to date at every stage. No fuss, no grumbles (even though our pond is not a regular shape!) just cheerful industry.

Have been a regular customer for many years now but pond desperately needed a full water change and deep service/clean. Ryan and Yainess were a great team. It was not an easy job, but they sorted everything, kept me informed at each stage and left it in great condition. Above all you could tell how much they care about what they do. Another great Turtle team!

They drained my pond (17000 l) and looked after the fish and wildlife in the process, cleaned out of all of the silt and sludge and repotted & tidied up the plants. They left the site very clean & tidy. Thank you.

I have used Turtle for about 4 years now. We have a small garden pond which gives us much pleasure and Turtle have helped us look after it. The staff are brilliant and they give good value.
When we first inherited the pond I knew nothing about how to look after it and I rang Turtle in panic several times. Always give excellent service.

We were delighted to tackle the pond renovation ahead of the frog spawning season. Mike and Ryan found the project in line with the predicted time estimate and went to work straight away. The inflatable tank was a super size and soon hibernating frogs were getting used to their overnight home. The job was completed on Day 2 and it is a real pleasure to see the bottom of the pond again. We look forward to accommodating some fresh aquatic plants.

Our old, overgrown and leaking pond has been completely transformed into a beautiful natural pool again. In just 3 days of hard work, Gemma and Ryan were truly impressive…. Even when it rained! And lovely to have around. Gemma is very generous with her knowledge too and saved plants and pond life to restart the new pond life. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Turtle Productions.

Mike and Sam from Turtle Productions did an outstanding job revitalizing our neglected pond last week. I was particularly impressed by their attentive approach to preserving the wildlife. The frogs and newts are thriving, and we take great pleasure in observing them. Well done, guys!

Gemma and Ryan replaced the liner in my fishpond and raised the water level by four inches which involved removing and re-setting all the surrounding paving slabs and pavers. The pond now looks exactly as when it was first built. They worked around some very challenging weather with good humour and professionalism.
