We recently had our second training session of first aid training. Our tutor was Baz Tomlinson. He kept everyone engaged with his humor and knowledge.
Some of our employees had to use their CPR training in real life only a few months ago and successfully saved a staff members life so this training is really invaluable!!

I paid almost a thousand pounds for a NVQ3 course. I haven't been able to do my observation due not getting an organization that allows this neither has the institution offered any support to get this done. Yet I have paid in full and no follow up to check what is going on. My assigned instructor named Megan did not even follow up support or reach out to find out how I am progressing. Zero support but can take my money. I will never ever recommend and will continue to give negative review at any given opportunity

Very knowledgeable staff, especially lady that tough us CPR, nice and friendly in general. Certificates has been received following working day, much faster then with other company last year.

The Moving and Handling of People course was highly informative and practical. It enhanced my understanding of safe manual handling techniques, correct posture, and the use of assistive equipment to ensure both patient and staff safety. I feel more confident applying safe and effective handling principles in clinical settings.
The Basic Life Support Awareness course was also engaging and well-structured. It provided clear, up-to-date guidance on CPR, use of an AED, and emergency response procedures. The training improved my confidence and preparedness to respond effectively in critical situations.

WARNING! Be very careful when dealing with this company. They will fleece you out of extra money on top of what is already a very expensive service. They are totally unwilling to help or compromise in any situation and instead choose to threaten and bully you until they get what they want.
It is unfortunate that I have to give 1 star to leave a review, zero stars would be much more accurate.

I would advise anyone to go with an alternative provider who will treat you with respect and knows what they're doing. Save yourself a lot of stress and money and avoid this company.
