I paid a significant amount of money for help with statistics and my tutor Poonam was both unprofessional in her manner and had no idea about the material she claimed to be teaching me. It compromised my subject and degree.

Baoyue had a nice manner in teaching Computer Science. Her knowledge made it easy to ask questions and this led to the student gaining a deeper understanding of the subject.

Little slow getting assigned a tutor due to nature of the work, however communication was really good throughout this process. I got texts and phone calls advising me of updates. So I had no issues at all. Will use again if the need arises.

My son’s Engineering tutor Gurmukh is very helpful and patient in helping my my Year 10 son in his school engineering assessments. He took time in explaining the engineering concepts and calculations to my son to make sure my son understood. I’m very pleased with their service.
