As a B2B organisation, we would not normally publish a review of this nature. However, the severity of TV App Builder’s actions has left us with no choice. We feel a responsibility to ensure other businesses make informed decisions based on how this company operates.

From a business standpoint, our experience with TV App Builder has been deeply concerning and unlike anything we have encountered before.

Over the past four months, we have invested significant time and effort into building our platform, onboarding artists, and developing relationships with bands, promoters, and production companies. At the time our channel was removed, we had multiple artists actively listed, with real work, time, and commercial opportunity invested into the platform.

A critical issue arose where paid content was left openly accessible for nearly two months. We informed TV App Builder as soon as we became aware. This exposed both our business and the intellectual property of the artists we represent. This was not a minor technical fault, but a serious security concern.

We raised this repeatedly over an extended period, including 587 support messages, in an effort to have the issue resolved. These messages were not excessive contact; they were the result of ongoing attempts to obtain support where none was being effectively delivered. Being told that other clients required attention does not negate responsibility, nor does affordability excuse a lack of professionalism.

Despite the severity and duration of the issue, it remained unresolved. We made it clear that we would need to re-evaluate our initial 5-star review if the issues were not addressed. Following this, our channel was removed from the platform without warning and without explanation, despite further attempts from us to seek clarity.

This action has had immediate consequences. We are now in the position of informing multiple artists that the platform they were contributing to has been taken down, effectively dismantling months of work and progress.

It is also important to note that imagery associated with our platform has been used on TV App Builder’s sales materials without our permission.

We would expect a far higher level of professionalism, communication, and accountability from any company operating in this space, particularly when dealing with paid content and third-party intellectual property.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend TV App Builder to other businesses. We would strongly advise any current or prospective users to carefully consider their position and approach when dealing with this company.

This situation represents a serious breakdown in service, responsibility, and trust.

I originally gave this team a 5-star review, and at the time it was fully deserved. The level of support and service at the beginning was excellent.

Unfortunately, things have changed significantly.

I’m currently running a channel that includes paid content, which is now accessible for free to anyone who signs up. This is a serious issue, especially as the content belongs to artists who expect it to be protected and monetised correctly. I’ve raised this and several other concerns multiple times over the past couple of months, but they remain unresolved.

Being told that there are other clients to deal with is not an acceptable response. Every client should be treated with equal importance, particularly when the issue directly impacts revenue and trust. This situation risks damaging not only my platform, but also the confidence of the artists and users who rely on it.

Response times have also slipped far beyond the originally stated 24–48 hours, with repeated follow-ups going unanswered.

I supported this company early on and made every effort to communicate issues constructively. However, being consistently ignored over matters of this severity is extremely disappointing.

I’ve chosen to keep my original 5-star review visible so others can clearly see the contrast between the service then and the service now.

TV App Builder has removed our channel following our repeated attempts to obtain support for a critical issue that was never resolved. Despite multiple emails over the past few days, we have yet to receive a meaningful response.

Over the past four months, we have invested significant time and effort into building our channel and onboarding artists. At the time of removal, the platform included multiple clients actively trying to sell their work, but were unable as the tracks were open for all. Alongside ongoing discussions with bands, singers, promoters, and production companies.

Initially, TV App Builder provided a strong service. However, this declined when a serious issue arose whereby paid content was left openly accessible. This created a clear risk to both our business and the intellectual property of the artists on our platform. As a result, we sought support as a matter of urgency.

In your previous response below, you referenced that I had contacted your team 587 times, you have since removed that comment. It is important to put that figure into context. Those messages represent both early-stage feedback where I was actively helping identify issues within the platform, and ongoing attempts to have a serious security flaw addressed after it became clear that paid content was exposed.

Rather than reflecting negatively on us, those 587 messages highlight the lack of timely response and resolution to a critical issue that required your quick intervention. Backend issues of this nature cannot be resolved by the user and rely entirely on the platform provider to address.

Support exists for situations exactly like this. The failure to resolve the issue over an extended period of over 6 weeks, followed by the removal of our channel, is both unprofessional and concerning.

It is also important to note that imagery associated with our platform has been used on your sales materials without our permission.

The removal of our channel has directly impacted a growing group of artists who trusted us to provide a secure platform for their work. This situation affects not only our business but the livelihoods and confidence of those creators.

We strongly encourage this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally.

This is a totally amazing TV App. After thousands of dollars & back & forth with designers I am now able to manage both Roku & Fire TV from one place. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through the various options & find excatly what I am looking for, fast uploads with built in AI for Images & video descriptions makes publishing easy. It works. No smoke and mirrors. It works. I was up and running on his site in minutes and on Roku and FireTV in a few days from "publication." If you have a need to be on Roku, FireTV and want an easy to use option... look no further. This is legit.
