Buyer beware this is a cheap china box! The website is not what it seems! Box is probably one of the worst on the market very poor UX fake remote, It is not a verified Netflix or google box! They do not reply to emails have to follow up several times! Have requested a refund and it’s ignored! Do not buy from these people!

So beware their customer service is extremely poor they just NEVER respond to enquiries

The product works fine but not in 4K as advertised. the box says its running in 4K but it's actually 720p. The tech support is very slow (days between responses). The product shown in the advert photos is NOT the product that arrived. The product in the advert photos looks nice and sleek etc.. the product that arrived looks like a cheap drop shipped generic box I can buy for $30 on EBAY. You can get the same functionality from a $30 box on EBAY (1080p) and Android 8 etc.... and save yourself over $100... definitely not happy with the purchase and support. Buyer beware.
