George our designer took us through all the options for our Windows and Doors. Our front door was smaller than average but they gave us many options and even designed the leaded glass for us. The surveyor was great and also spent time making sure we fully understood our choices of design and gave us a chance to change anything. The installers were clean tidy and very professional. We did have the front door lock changed to a different design (from fixed to split spindle). This was done in a few days and was just part of the great service.The whole buying and installation experience was first class

The work was undertaken with utmost care and the installers are pleasant to converse with, they just know their stuff so well and did a great and tidy installation job. They were also very attentive and listen to their customer for small touch up on the work areas.

I am generally satisfied and would recommend this company to others.

The whole process of replacing windows was conducted in an efficient and professional manner by company employees and the on-site surveyor. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows installed and was satisfied by the work done by the installation team.

Having used TVW for replacement windows/doors in a couple of our previous homes, we were aware of the quality of their work and the helpfulness of their installation teams. So they were the natural choice for Internorm windows in our new build.

I have to say we were not disappointed, they worked closely with us and our architect during the design phase and every detail was considered to ensure the windows looked balanced from inside and out, brilliant attention to detail.

The delivery time was dictated by Internorm in Austria, which was longer than expected, but we were kept updated on a regular basis. Upon arrival there was a lot of windows and doors to install and Guy and Wayne were brilliant as the main team on site, with others joining when the really big windows were installed. Everyone who attended site was polite, friendly and conscientious, in fact everyone we dealt with from start to finish was excellent.

As with any new build there were some issues, not of TVW creating, but they were patient and understanding as we had our builders make the appropriate changes. They even came back to commission the kitchen bi-fold some time after installation, as it could not be opened until the scaffolding was taken down. One Internorm window arrived damaged and they arranged for it to be remade as quickly as possible, ensuring the room was protected so work could continue inside. The massive front window needed some additional strengthening which was designed into the original style and installed unobtrusively.

I can't list the whole team but special thanks to Ryan, Dan, Guy and Wayne for helping us navigate the whole process and completing a terrific project.

We are so pleased with the look of the Internorm windows and doors, which have proven to be excellent in quality and performance and TVW as our contractor.

The whole experience moved smoothly from our first contact through measurements being made and checked and confirmation of our choice. The installers were most competent and explained how the locking system worked and left us a phone number in case of problems. A company to be recommended.

Right from the beginning with Robs expert knowledge of listed buildings and his advice, assistance and patience over the duration of the process, through to the survey by Ian and the high quality installation by Faz and Mark I can't praise TV Windows highly enough. The quality of the windows themselves is also great. Based on our experience we would not have any hesitation in recommending the company and will use them again as the need arises.

We had all our windows and doors replaced. The design advice from Ray was great with good attention to detail and good sense of aesthetics. The survey and fitting process was very well managed and communicated by Suzy. The fitting team were very efficient and careful not to cause too much disruption. At completion, the quality check process was rigorous and effort was made to ensure everything as completed properly and not rushed through. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Expensive. Takes a long time to book anyone in. Communication cursory. The maintenance man v good, courteous and professional.

We have a good experience with TVW, there was an mix up with some hardware ordered but the team resolved this and we came to an amicable solution. The installation team very good and courteous during the entire installation. We are very happy with the products and hope to be for many years to come.
