Bro I love these shoes so much. I usually cannot walk in heels even if they’re really just platformed heels. I always have problems but this one is super sturdy and I feel like I can even run in them. I expect no less since the shoes itself can stand right up. I went out in the city (nyc) and received many compliments over them. AND the shoes are such a reasonable price!!!

Scared to buy shoes online
I have never ordered footwear online as I like to look,try on,and feel footwear before I buy.but since there aren't any stores near me within driving range I had little choice.my daughter wants platform boots for Christmas,so I looked around online at several different options.even though they weren't the cheapest I went with Totally Wicked.the ordering process was hassle free.i got a confirmation email with tracking info almost immediately after I ordered.my order arrived on time and in excellent shape.i have to admit I was highly concerned about what I was getting.but as soon as I opened the package and checked out the boots..man was I impressed!!superb quality and exactly what I ordered!!thank you so much to TWF!my daughter is going to be ecstatic!I will be ordering another pair of platforms for her today.i won't shop online for these types of boots from anywhere else.

First and definitely last order
I changed my mind about my order and sent 2 cancellation emails within an hour of initial order both of which were ignored. They shipped the shoes without acknowledging my cancellation request and have a policy of charging a 20% restocking fee on returns. I kept boots and gave them away as a Christmas gift because I’m not paying to ship and restock. I will not shop with them again. Btw this order was not placed during a Christmas rush and I feel the lack of customer service is not justified.

Hi, our apologies but we received no cancellation request on this order . This is the first that we knew about it. As far as the restocking fee please read the return policy. It only applies when the return is received with tape and label stuck directly on the retail box. We do apologize for this.
