I bought the slow feeder enrichment bowl which costed me 50 bucks but the product i recieved turned out to be different from the product they advertised on their website. Material also felt flimsy and cheap. Customer service insisted that it was a correct product and did not refund me. Do not buy from them, its a complete scam!

Miaswell have thrown my money in the garbage. Cheap piece of crap and they refuse to give me the option to return it. Looks and feels like it costs $5 to make and they charge 10 times that. Completely scam company.

This company are disgusting. I've just wasted over £60 in rubbish through their false advertising. Their dog bowls can't be fed wet dog food from as they advertise. I put some yoghurt in the bowl for my german shepherd this morning when I came home checked the bowl the yoghurt was all stuck in the bottom 😡. Then the dog toy that fell apart at least 5 times in 5 minutes. I must've waited three weeks to be delivered a heap of rubbish. What really gets my back up you can only return unused items how the hell do you know the quality of the goods till they've been used ? They know what they're doing. A total con company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE. No doubt I'll be contacting my bank or taking it one step further & trading standards. Dependent on what customer service from twinklepaws email me back.

Not worth $40. The device indicator lights don't match the instructions. Dog played with it for three days, dropped it from her mouth on the third day and the gears driving the "ball" started grinding leaving the ball motionless.

Run, don't walk, away from this vendor.

Within 30 minutes or having it my Labradour had started to rip it and pull bits off it so I had to take it off him. According to customer services this is normal and what it is supposed to do. So far from Indestructable!!!!

My dog destroyed this toy within 30 minutes. I contacted customer service to receive my 30 day no questions asked refund. They told me this was a "sacrifice toy" and offered a 25% refund. I declined and now it is headed to a manger for review. I suspect I will need to reach out to my credit card company. Do not trust their 30 day money back guarrentee language on the website.

Purchased the unbreakable bear dog chew toy from them in Jan 26. Within 4 days my puppy had ripped it open leaving it in a state that it could no longer be used. On contacting their customer service they advised this was expected wear and tear and refused to refund or replace, this is despite their website offering a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee and the bear being marketed as unbreakable. Several emails with photos later they offered a partial refund, eventually going up to 40%. This isn’t acceptable so I have had to go through the credit card charge back process.
