Twist Teas Avis 

I was sent the wrong tea flavour. I ordered Lemongrass snd coconut but received a floral red tea. Very disappointed!

Easy website with loads of information. Products arrived in good time. I ordered decaf, breakfast boost and also received cocoa-nut green. They are all lovely teas and I drink tea now because of the lovely flavours. Real tea drinkers will love these teas.

I love everything about twist, the taste, packaging, thoughtfulness, updates and efficency.

Absolutely amazing tea...the best brand I ever tried...Brewdolf tea with milk keeps me going for ages...thanks very much...❤️

Disappointed with small tin. I paid £12 for a tin approx 2 inches x 1 inch with about 2 cups of tea worth of product. I don’t feel this is value for money and won’t be buying again. It’s cheaper to go to my local cafe.

After discovering twisted teas in a restaurant - I'm hooked! I'm still exploring their selection - and gifting onto friends to try out. Sometimes it is worth paying a little more for quality 🙂 The customer service I have received has been excellent.

I love their brewdolf tea. I have tried multiple Christmas teas over the past few years and this is hands down the best. Christmas in a cup.

My order was dealt with promptly and the items were well packaged. The free gift was excellent as it fitted well with the other products that I had ordered. The only reason I didn’t give 5 * was because the communication around delivery was muddled. I received notification from Twist that the order had been dispatched, followed quickly by a message from the courier stating a delivery day and time. But it did not arrive and I received a further courier message the next day which resulted in delivery.

Easy to order and delivery times as communicated. Likes that my order of 100 teabags came in 2 separately strapped bags - can keep one sealed until needed. The samples was a bonus and tasty. Overall a high quality product, with personal touches surcoats.

I've tried lots of green teas but Twist Teas Refresher Green is my absolute favourite. It's so nice yo get a free sample with each order. This tune I received mulled wine teabags and they're delicious!

Tea is amazing. Tea club is terrible. I got charged this month when I paused my subscription. Apparently you can't change the Tea, you have to have to have the same tea every month. False advertisement as on the website it states you can change your tea flavour every month. On the accounts page it stated I changed the tea flavour but when I phoned twist teas they said you have to have the same tea every month. Very disappointing and I have wasted my money. They took my money when I cancelled the order.
