Excellent communication to confirm…
Excellent communication to confirm booking and provide a specific time. They could install my new toilet on a Saturday which was valuable, as I work weekdays. Plumber arrived on time. Very polite and tidy. He carefully explained exactly what he was doing and why. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible experience with Two Lions 11…
Terrible experience with Two Lions 11 LTD Handy Men. Their negligence and incompetence led to a serious safety hazard: a mirror falling and striking my 18-month-old baby as he was walking past an inexcusable and dangerous failure.
I spend my time between two countries, and when my cleaner initially flagged the dodgy installation while I was present, I said I would address it upon my return. Unfortunately, time passed, and I almost forgot about the issue until the mirror fell on my child. Thankfully, the mirror didn’t shatter as it deflected off his head and shoulder, which could have caused broken glass to surround him. This horrifying incident prompted me to investigate further and contact the company.
The right hook of the mirror was never properly secured and cannot be secured due to poor installation yet it was still put up, as clearly shown in the video I shared with the company. Instead of taking responsibility for their unsafe work, they blamed everything but their installation, including my honest and trusted cleaner who has been with my family for over 15 years a ridiculous and insulting deflection. Their tone throughout the exchange was dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, they had the audacity to mention a previous incident where their technician damaged my brand-new skirting board while initially securing the mirror an issue they begrudgingly fixed only because they caused the damage in the first place. Calling this repair “complimentary” demonstrates their complete lack of accountability.
Rather than prioritising safety or customer service, they demanded £90 to revisit and fix their own dangerous mistake. This company’s claims of a “10/10 reputation” are laughable and make me question to being utterly false? Their negligence endangered my child, and their disgraceful attitude afterward made it clear they value blame-shifting over customer care.
Avoid Two Lions 11 LTD Handy Men at all costs. They are careless, untrustworthy, and unprofessional -
CHOOSING THEM COULD COST YOU YOUR SAFETY!!!!

Following our discussion, the service, which included hanging the mirror, was done on 3.10.2023; you called us on 10.12. 2024 making accusations. First, you called, saying that the mirror had fallen down on your child. During the conversation, it turned out that your cleaner found the issue with the mirror by moving it, and it was reported to you. Then, you told us that you knew the mirror had a problem well before your cleaner found it. So you should have reported the issue immediately, and most importantly you should've been honest that the problem appeared after your cleaner pushed the mirror to the right causing the fixings to start woblying. We were polite and requested all of the evidence needed to establish if it was indeed our fault. However, it is not, as it has been over 1 year since we installed it, and you haven't reported it to us; if you had emailed or messaged us to inform us, it may have been different.
However, after you found out that we are not willing to do anything for free, considering that you haven't reported the problem on time or even told the truth from the beginning, you started being disrespectful. To call someone after 1 year and ask for free service is not something that any professional company will allow. After you saw how honest we are, you started assaulting our staff and company name by calling us names (average Joe, and you should called your company Two Mouses not Two Lions) and showing 100% discrimination. We always help our customers if they come to us as honest and polite as we are to them; we do not tolerate any assaults or discrimination against our staff and company name.
We haven't demanded £90 from you; we simply offered you another visit to replace the fixings with more stable ones, as the ones you have are the original fixings which you have provided and asked to be installed; they are not suitable for this mirror. However, the endpoint is that the fixings were damaged by someone, either you or your cleaner, by forcibly pushing it to the right, and that wasn't reported to us on time or honestly as you went right for the fact that it fell down on your child. As you were well aware of the issue, you should have never let your child near this mirror, and you should not blame us for it.
We are happy for you to share your feedback as the public eye can judge for themself based on our feedback and response and see who is telling the truth and who is trying to threaten someone by lying. The simple truth is that if the installation is done wrong, the mirror will fall in the next couple of days after installation, not after 1 year (which was actually damaged by someone pushing to the right and damaging your fixing,) so whatever you are saying in your feedback is a way to try and squeeze a company for a free service.
Also, in terms of the damaged skirting that was fixed, we also did a lot of other complementary work, such as picture frames, knops, etc, which we were not obligated to do for free but we did them.

65" TV wall-mounted
We had a 65" TV mounted on our wall by Two Lions 11.
This was a VERY professional job. The workman arrived on time and was very friendly. Before starting, he pointed out every potential issue, so we were aware of and agreed. He checked and got confirmation at each step of the job, and the result was perfect. This is precisely the kind of service you want as a customer. We are planning subsequent work with Two Lions 11 in the new year. I highly recommend them.

Great service and standard of work
Good communication before the job, helpful and friendly service from the office. The plumbing engineer came early on Sunday morning, and the apparently simple jobs we had for him were more complicated than anticipated. Nikolai cheerfully got on with it to make sure previously poor plumbing was completed to a great standard, despite the extra time it took. Two Lions 11 were helpful, informative and thorough throughout, and the work is fab! Very happy 👍🏻

I used this company for my garden
I used this company for my garden. Excellent courteous service. They were punctual, with good communication about the times they were arriving. Value for money and considerate of my property. They even cleared up neatly and put all the garden waste in my green bin. I will definitely be using this company again.

Friendly, communicative team!
We had a really good experience with Two Lions, really good communication to arrange a visit, even despite my occasional late replies, etc.
The team were really friendly and explained everything thoroughly (twice, to me and my wife), asking plenty of questions and explaining what they would do.
The garden looks great, much clearer and ready to grow again!
