Omege service.
Just recieved my late dad's 1968 omega geneve back from twr watch repairs. The watch just looks like it did when my dad bought it in Vienna all those years ago. It came back in a superb omega service box. I am really pleased with the service and can highly recommend them.

I’ve had my 2 Sinn watches serviced here recently. My U1 had been stopping intermittently and after a service now keeps good time and is reliable. My 556a was pretty battered, so TWR were able to source a new case, at reasonable cost and after it’s service is effectively almost a new watch.

Staff are pleasant and friendly on the phone, watches well packaged when returned (in a Sinn travel case) and parts that have been replaced are included.

I took my husband’s watch in to be cleaned and a replacement battery fitted. The assistant explained every part of the process and answered my questions, about re-sealing the watch and re-plating the strap links, very knowledgeably and politely.
The results are superb, the charges are reasonable and the whole process took less time than was initially estimated.
I’ll definitely be using this company for watch repairs again. Excellent service.

I sent in a Sinn Arktis for a general servicing and AR refill. Excellent comms throughout the process and I have received my watch back today.

Great service from start to finish. I was rather concerned sending a watch to them (by post) but they are a great firm and the watch looks brand new. Highly recommended.

The team at TWR have now worked on two of my watches. The second being a full service of a vintage Speedmaster. I echo all of the sentiment in the other reviews, amazing customer service, Tim and Alex are passionate about watches and the business.

I was given my options once they had appraised the watch, including keeping all parts original, I was then given an estimate of costs and a timeframe. I also was given a printout of the results from the machine that measures the strength and accuracy of the mechanical movement. Fascinating to see and hear said machine work in front of me.

Throughout the process I was kept updated, I even received the watch back earlier than I was told to expect it. The cost exactly on estimate. I posted my first watch, chose to drive this one. It was great to meet the team and get to speak to them in-depth about my watch. So if you are near enough, pop by if I were you.

I received the watch back in a lovely Omega service case, with a printout of the movement health post service. As well as a bag with consumables that had been replaced such as springbars and seals.

Service with a smile, nothing is too much to ask, walk away with a 2 year Omega guarantee. What's not to like!

I took my Sinn watch to TWR for a warranty repair and I have to say the service was exceptional from customer services to the watchmaker. I was made to feel welcome (despite them being very busy), they went the extra mile to ensure my visit was a positive one. They are also Omega certified. Highly recommended.

I took 14 watches to have batteries changed, links from straps removed and 2 for servicing. Excellent service. The price was really competitive and the updates were meaningful. Great service all round.

Repair to Sinn bracelet clasp - professional from start to finish, great communication , advised of time scale and repaired watch bracelet returned in good time .

I took my Omega GMT in to TWR before Christmas for a service and bracelet pin replacement. I was advised of timescales, what to expect, cost and levels of service. What was done, was thoroughly professional and my watch, which is around fifteen years old, returned in pristine condition. Excellent Job very happy to endorse these guys and will certainly recommend and use this team again.

I approached TRW Watches with a view to having my Valjoux 7750 based Christopher Ward Grand Rapide serviced. Watch was running fine, no issues, but it was time for some TLC. Luckily, I live not too far from their workshop and was able to drop off the watch head in person. Immediately felt at ease leaving my watch in their hands. Collected ahead of the estimated time and the watch has come back (replaced parts in a ziplok bag and small mark on the case at six o'clock polished out) looking brand new. No hesitation in recommending their services and will use them again in a heartbeat.

Thank-you TWR. I ordered a bracelet for my 6 month old Omega Globemaster, ordering process and service was very good despite Covid-19 restrictions that were in place. Bracelet arrived early and on collection it was already sized. On closer inspection i noticed you had reduced a mark on the side of the case and it now looks like new. Considering I hadn't requested any level of refinishing i was very pleasantly surprised at your attention to detail and that you went the extra mile. I will definitely be using you again for servicing my watches and any other works required and will not hesitate in recommending you to friends and family.

Incredibly helpful staff, they were able to service and replace parts for an uncommon Sinn 403 Hydro, and get my watch back to me very quickly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb service for my 144 st sa and Sinn accredited too. I was kept up to speed every step of the way by Alex and all the spares were included in the package returned along with a Sinn travel case and my original packaging as well.
