TW Steel Avis 57

After a small technical issue with my watch TW Steel fixed the problem quickly under warranty. Communication was adequate & friendly: I had my watch returned to me in no time and repaired without hassle. Very happy with my VS100 and TW Steel!

Het horloge van mijn zoon, had vocht achter het glas. Het was een horloge die hij had gekregen van mijn (overleden) schoonvader...
Gelukkig mochten we het horloge naar de 'werkplaats' brengen en weer halen. Ze hebben hem opnieuw waterdicht gemaakt, en ze hadden zelfs het 'oude' horloge bandje niet weg gegooid (want ook die was toe aan vervanging...)... Zo attent!!

Sehr guter Kundenservice. Im Frühjahr hatte ich mir für meine TW Steel Uhr ein neues Armband gekauft, welches leider jetzt schon defekt war. Ich habe Fotos eingereicht und ohne Probleme ein Ersatzarmband erhalten.
Das finde ich toll, so schöne Produkte und dann auch noch diesen tollen Service. Dankeschön

Ik heb vele klokjes van TWSteel aangeschaft. Ook de laatste een TO03 helaas haperde de knopje op het horloge. Door de snelle en correcte communicatie tussen TWSteel en mij kon ik het klokje opsturen via een gestuurd verzendlabel. Helaas hebben ze de storing niet kunnen oplossen. Ik heb onder garantie coulance een nieuw klokje opgestuurd gekregen. Evenals een vorige keer was de service zeer goed en persoonlijk ik ben uitermate tevreden.

Wij hebben meerdere horloges van tw. 1 horloge daar is geen bandje meer voor verkrijgbaar. Dit was best een dure horloge.

Daarnaast hebben we een horloge wat inmiddels al 2x gerepareerd is door TW en inmiddels wederom kapot! Het bijzondere is dat er dan ook geen nieuwe aangeboden wordt, aangezien hij meer kapot is geweest dan gedragen.

Het derde horloge is inmiddels ook kapot.

Wij waren fan, maar vinden het jammer dat er niet meegedacht kan worden oftewel tegemoet gekomen kan worden.

Voor ons helaas geen tw meer!!!!

Ik heb een ACE 111 (Genesis) waar de horlogeband van kapot is gegaan. Ik heb dit horloge sinds 2019 maar weinig gedragen. De garantie is verlopen maar door de excellente service van TW Steel werd dit mij gratis toegestuurd.

My TW Steel Watch Strap which was purchased on the 01st December 2024 from TW Steel Europe B.V snapped. I emailed them on the 15th July 2025 with photographs of the watch strap, original receipt and history of the watch.
Within 24 hours I was contacted by Sophie Meijer who informed me that a new watch strap had been dispatched to me.
I found Sophie Meijer’s customer service very prompt and extremely professional and have no hesitation in recommending this company to TW Steel owners.

Great service after losing one of the screws when changing the batterie.

Ik heb een hele verzameling TW Steel horloges maar ik had een klacht over de horlogebandjes, vooral de lerenbandjes. TW steel heeft me een aanbod gedaan om 2 bandjes gratis te vervangen. Dat noem ik nog eens klantvriendelijk. Alles binnen een paar dagen geregeld.

Na een aanvankelijk niet goed behandelde klacht , heeft de nieuwe mederker van de klantenservice een en ander genereus opgelost . KLASSE !! Zo hoor je om te gaan met klanten, zeker bij een toonaangevend merk.

Top geholpen, snel en netjes. Al jaren. Begrip en mogelijkheden. TW steel fan was ik al maar met deze service helemaal

The TW Steel team and service was impressive! I purchased a watch in Amsterdam several years ago and needed some replacement parts that had worn over time. They sent the parts in a timely fashion and I attempted the repairs myself; not a great idea! The customer service team at TW suggested that I send the watch and parts back to their location in The Netherlands (I am in the USA). They took care of repairing the watch and communicated every step of the process. I highly recommend TW Steel watches and the company in general. Excellent product and suburb customer service. A shout out to Sofia van Dijk who has my primary contact, she is a rockstar!

I have purchased 2 watches from TW STEEL over the years and I am very happy with both. One of them needed a small repair (due to a jeweller's mistake changing the battery) so I sent it to TW in Holland to repair. Jan at customer service was extremely helpful with the return process and small payment, plus the return of the watch to me. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend TW!!
