Poor response time
I chose to order something and have it digitally delivered because I was in a time crunch (it was a last minute gift). I did not receive what I ordered - and by the time the situation was rectified it was too late as the response time to my email for help was hours after I sent it😞

I unfortunately do not customize digital prints (as stated in the description), so that is why you received the digital files immediately without any customization. I do try and respond as fast as I can to emails as I am a one person business, so I apologize it took a couple hours to get back with you.
